We had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful, spacious home in an excellent location. The walk to the beach was even closer than expected and very manageable with two small children, which was a huge plus. The only minor note was that the floors could have been a bit cleaner, as we found ourselves keeping shoes on indoors. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, would absolutely recommend the property, and would happily return

The condo was very clean and well kept. There’s plenty of beach supplies (chairs, wagon, umbrellas, sand toys, even a cooler) in the spare bedroom closet to use. The views from the balcony were gorgeous! Easy access to the pools and the beach. Great location too!

Beautiful condo and the location is great. Short walk to the beach. There’s even beach chairs, cooler, and a wagon for your use. When not at the beach, we spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view. Every evening there was a beautiful sunset. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay. Honestly it was a great location. I was nervous about the walk from the room because we usually stay in ocean front rooms. The walk was nothing and quick. Beautiful scenery, lots of space. The furniture could use some updating it’s a little broken in. Also a chair or two would make more room to fit the whole family in the living area. We did move the chair from the bedroom to the living room and that helped. The pools were very cold bedsides one but we went in April. Otherwise great place and beautiful area!

Stunning and spacious condo that fit our two families of 4 very well. The pools were lovely and one was heated, which we appreciated given our March stay and some chilly mornings. There were great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We didn’t venture out much as we just wanted to relax. The condo was equipped with everything possible we could’ve needed for the beach as well: wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, rolling cooler and more. This was amazing given we flew down and couldn’t bring all of those things with us. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly what I expected from the description in the listing. We loved the beautiful view off of the balcony and spent a lot of time on it! The pools were big and there was plenty of space on the pool deck. We had small children with us so it was very important for us to be close to the beach. Our family (3 adults, 2 teens and a pre-teen) stayed at Emerald Eden for Spring Break and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautiful. It was clean, had fantastic views and was centrally located. The management company made check-in very easy. All passes were located in the condo when we arrived. The pools were awesome (it was a little chilly the first 2 days so the kids really enjoyed the heated pool), short walk to the beach, places to eat, and shop. This was our first time in Destin & it won't be our last. We will definitely rent this unit or another unit inside the Ariel Dunes complex again. Thanks for a great time!

Corner unit provided lots of windows for light and views. Sunsets were amazing. Beds were comfortable. There were Recommendations provided for restaurants which were nearby and all good. Just be prepared for wind around buildings. According to residents it’s always there due to the way buildings are situated.

The view from the balcony was amazing and loacation was perfect for access to the beach. We loved our time in this condo! The property where it is located is simply beautiful. The proximity to the beach into the Gulf of Mexico is incredibly convenient for a wonderful vacation. The condo has pretty much everything that is needed for a family. However, be aware that there is no beach service included in the rental price. Some of the furnishings in the house are we getting to be a bit outdated, but for the most part, the condo is as advertised. We look forward to returning to Miramar Beach because it is truly a wonderful area in which to vacation. Close to everything you’ll need!

We will absolutely return to this condo. The bedrooms were great, the master was beautiful with a very large bath. We wish there was a pull out bed in the living room though. we did buy an air mattress for the living room that we were able to take home. The beaches were excellent, great location for what we wanted to do!! We walked to the beach several times each day as we were so close. Did nighttime walks as well! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes for cooking. Great storage for everyone. Cannot wait to return!!

Jilenna’s place looks exactly like the pictures posted. Large & very private condo. Excellent communication. Clear & simple step by step on what and what not to do. Very clean place, modern with all necessities (crock pot, 2 coffee makers, toaster, blender, dishes, pots & pans), washer & dryer which was great to have.
Excellent location 3 mins or less walk to the beautiful beach. She had available beach toys, a beach umbrella and chairs that were super convenient for our stay. A truly fantastic view of the Gulf. Master room has an amazing Gulf view even when you are in shower.
Our time was amazing. We celebrated a 19 year anniversary, a high school graduation, a sweet sixteen birthday and the engagement of my son. So thank you!!
Also, the Cabana Cafe has amazing pizza. I'm sure I am missing other details. Absolutely recommended!!! You don’t regret booking this place!
