Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Wow! This condo blew us away! The views of the bay and the ocean are amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice! The condo itself is very spacious and all the bedrooms have ample room. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes so not bad at all. We had an issue with the icemaker when we arrived and Real Joy had someone there the very next day. Unfortunately it wasn’t an easy fix but they offered us bags of ice for the week. We also left some clothes behind and they were able to locate them and ship them back to us. They were amazing to work with. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great-a beautiful place with a great view of the ocean. We loved the decor and space. The bunk room was great for our four children. The only thing that was a problem and a known problem was that wasps were on the balcony at least 20. We wouldn’t have stayed if we had known it was an issue and they said nothing could be done about it. Other than that, everything was great and we would stay again.

Stayed for 5 days in May for a sister’s getaway for my birthday. Everything was wonderful. This place may be the cleanest rental I’ve ever had. Everything was top notch. The views were unmatched. Easy check in and check out experience. Closer to the beach than appears in photos. Ample beach chairs. Uncrowded pool area. Pleasant host company with thorough communication throughout stay. Will definitely consider renting this unit again. Plenty of space for two families. Nothing but positive things to say. You won’t regret this rental.

This stay was 100% worth our 16 hour drive from Illinois. We have been to Miramar Beach before, and let me tell you; this spot is our new go to. The views are amazing. It’s close to the beach, but still far enough away to have peace and quiet. The RealJoy maintenance staff was amazing. We had a few minor incidents come up and they were so quick to respond and get them taken care of. We will be back!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The views were stunning, and the short walk to the beach made it super convenient for us to enjoy the sand and ocean. You can rent chairs & umbrellas through the LDV company. One of the outdoor pools was heated, which was perfect for relaxing. Although two of the elevators were out of order, the wait time for the others was very manageable, so it wasn't an issue for us. We’ll definitely be back! One small suggestion would be to provide more pillows on the beds, there was only 1 pillow per person. There were extra pillows in the closet, but they didn’t have linens. Overall, a fantastic place! Highly recommend.

Perfect beach getaway. Everything was as advertised and the private rooftop deck was perfect. The pictures are exactly as it presents. Note that the kitchen is fully stocked to cook. But you must bring all your own condiments including salt and pepper. This is clearly listed in the instructions but know to come with all that you need to match your cooking needs. Company was great. Dishwasher wasn’t working upon arrival. They responded and sent a technician out immediately. And when it was determined a part was needed and it would be unusable for my stay - I was compensated for my inconvenience without question. The only issue we experienced was with a staff member at the resort being inappropriate with my 15 year olds. But I reported to security and a manager on site.

The PH was absolutely immaculate! Beautiful place to stay with gorgeous views. Plenty of room for 8 people. The renters were easy to work with, we needed a few extra blankets and they had them delivered within an hour. Pool bracelets were provided, easy access into property. Very efficient check in and check out. Straight walk to public beach access from the pool. Was very impressed with location. Downtown Destin is always super packed so I feel like staying in Miramar was a little quieter and less traffic especially in the evening which I enjoyed!

We loved our stay! Beautiful condo, great location, and stunning views! Easy access to the beach. There were several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart available in the room. We rented a golf cart from the cafe downstairs and were able to get to the grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Would highly recommend!

THE view! Absolutely stunning! The place was nice and spacious, and the location was great. A couple of things as FYIs: I have stayed at other AirBNBs where extra stuff left was kept for the next guest and I feel like that works out well enough. When they say no condiments or anything, literally not even salt and pepper. Everything I purchased that wasn’t quickly perishable I wish I could have left for the next guest to utilize but I had to take home or throw away. (Some water bottles, seasonings, ketchup, juice boxes, dish soap, laundry soap…). The ARE some beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon and a smaller umbrella to use! I specifically asked RealJoy and they said no, but they ARE there. Walk to the beach takes about 4-5 mins. Beds weren’t bad. The pullout was rough though. No cleaning products if a mess happens. Not even some left over spray to wipe down the countertops after meals (we used dish soap). Overall: Would stay again!!

This penthouse unit was lovely. The balcony was huge and perfect for a large party with lots of high quality patio furniture. The patio was shaded in the afternoon & evening. The layout of the condo was great-large closets, large bathrooms and overall very spacious. The view of the ocean is incredible. This condo is close to the outlet mall, tons of restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The pickleball courts were our favorite and the pools were great.

The location of the condo was great! The beach was just a short walk across the street. Love that there were 4 elevators so the wait was never too long except on check out day when everyone was leaving at the same time. Just like the other reviews, the views were beautiful. The home was clean and you can tell they did a proper job as there was no dust. Aside from the furniture being outdated and could use a new rug in the living room, this was a great rental for a quick getaway. I would definitely recommend.

Das Apartment, war ein Traum. Die Aussicht war toll, das Apartment war sehr ruhig und der beheizte Pool war sehr angenehm.

Amazing property! We absolutely loved it, from check-in to the day we checked out. It was easy to enter using a PIN code, and communication was terrific. There are TWO gorgeous balconies with incredible ocean views. There was plenty of room to spread out and have friends come to visit. There’s a large table for dining inside and another large table on the corner balcony outside. You walk down the sidewalk to the ocean, and the sand is white, soft, and wonderful under the feet. One of the pools is heated in the off season. Great restaurants are close by, but we cooked most of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. The only recommendation we have is to make recycling available for plastic, aluminum cans, bottles, etc. Can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend.

The place was great and the views were amazing. It was pretty foggy during our stay but it still was good. The only con that i would mention is the 2 full beds in the third bedroom were very squeaky and not very comfortable. But everything else was great.
