From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special. The condo was absolutely phenomenal—beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. Every detail had clearly been thought of, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The view was simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the ocean and ending each evening watching the most incredible sunsets from the balcony made this trip unforgettable. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling like a quiet retreat. Whether we were enjoying coffee while listening to the waves or unwinding after a day of exploring, this place was the perfect home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for an unforgettable Destin vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place that was clean and an easy walk to the beach. Work out room was well kept. Two nice pools. We did not have to wait long for elevators. There were two beach chairs with the room and games we played after dinner. Great spot for vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beach chairs were a very nice bonus! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, but I would recommend a wagon if you have a lot to carry (there are steps going down to the beach, so you would have to carry the wagon down the steps) It was great having 2 pools because they were never overcrowded. I would recommend this place and definitely worth the price!

Overall our stay was good and met expectations. Room was nice, clean, and convenient. Both pools were nice and it was only a short walk to the beach. We stayed on the 23rd floor so we had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. I would recommend staying here. My only complaint would be that they didn’t have a hot tub.

In our search for a quick beach getaway, we knew we wanted a comfortable condo with a view of the water and quick access to walk on the beach. We had stayed in the other part of Ariel Dunes before and knew it would be convenient for what we wanted to do. But, we had never spent time in the pools. What a treat! We also spent hours on the shaded balcony reading books, and watching all the activity on the beach. Inside the condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the two of us. In fact this unit, hosted by RealJoy, exceeded our expectations! Communication with their team was excellent. We will look for other properties hosted by them in the future.

The view was amazing. Great communication. The restaurant/bar literally was connected to the building so that was super convenient. About 5-10 minutes away from the outlets which have over 50 stores . Food was local and all tasted amazing. This was great . I would love to stay again !

Beautiful place. Stunning views from the balcony. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. We stayed there as a couple for 6 nights. Queen Bed was comfortable. I believe its a foam mattress with adjustable bed frame. However the frame for some reason was noisy. Every time you moved in bed, it would wake up your partner. Other than that, the condo was very quiet. Exactly what we needed. There is also a restaurant downstairs which is reasonably priced and good. Beach is close and you can hear the waves on the balcony. We did not use any amenities other than the elevator. Its up on 23rd floor, so it takes some getting used to the height and view! Would definitely stay there again if the chance arises.

This room is fantastic for a family of 5 to stay in! We brought the kids grandfather as well and still had plenty of room. The incorporated twin beds fit my 12 year old and 9 year old well! There is a fold out couch in the living room and if you don’t want to use that there is enough room for a blow up mattress or two! The master bedroom has a fancy bed that massages and lifts the feet and head as well! The view is fantastic, even with the room being off the road a little bit! I recommend anyone staying here!! I did not count off on the room for this but the Ariel Dunes location is a bit outdated and the elevators were acting up the entire week! As we were leaving the elevators had gotten so bad they were stopping on every floor and one of them had become inoperable. All in all, the room itself is fantastic! I would recommend anyone staying here!!!

Definitely recommend. Great condo, great location. Listing is accurately depicted. Clean. Easy instructions. Everything you need is there, including an ironing board/iron. Comfortable beds. Good shower pressure. My girlfriend and I did not utilize the either of the two pools, but they did appear nice/clean as we walked by them daily. Condo is beachfront with a nice view. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. Is a 2-3 minute walk. There is beach access directly across the street. Beach area is very clean with incredible white sand and crystal clear waters! It is almost as if you’re at the Caribbean with the emerald green and blue water. Lots of great restaurants in the surrounding area. All within a very short drive of the condo. Louisiana Lagniappi and Pazzo Italiano were two personal favorites. Several good places to eat within walking distance and even the restaurant at the base of Tower I, the Cabana Cafe, was good. We ate several things from there throughout our stay.

Easy check in with beautiful views! The bed is a little small but it’s not uncomfortable. The kitchen has just about everything you could need. I feel like the location is pretty central to a lot of good places and things to do. If I were to make recommendations to RealJoy I would say to provide more toilet paper (half our roll was gone when we arrived), and maybe some beach chairs that guests could use. 2 different check out instructions said to leave the temp on 78° and 74° so clarification would be good. Other than that, everything was great and I recommend staying here for the view alone!

We rented a condo on the 23rd floor, directly in the center. The view was truly stunning. Everything was Five Star. The people from Real Joy were the best. Their response to our questions and need of assistance (something as small as helping us figure out how to work the TV) was met with courtesy and kindness. Their response time was immediate. Location is great. Everything to meet our needs, is within walking distance, or a very short drive. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping venues and more. The Cabana Cafe located on the ground floor has great food, a band, dancing, and TVs to watch all the sports you want...and it's kid friendly. We met many nice people that we have still stayed in contact with. The facilities (pools, gym, grounds etc) are always well maintained, and the security is great. Highly reccomend!!
