Ariel Dunes I 2304

We absolutely loved everything about this condo—from the stunning beach view to the fully equipped kitchen! The pools were fantastic, and the beach was just a short walk from the elevator. The on-site café was not only delicious but also super convenient. We felt completely safe, and the condo offered a peaceful, private retreat.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this place was. The view of the beach/ocean was stunning from sunrise to sunset. We felt lucky to get what we had for what we paid. We’re currently 10 hours into our 12 hour drive back home and wishing we had another week there!! Thank you RealJoy for an amazing place to stay for our week long vacation!

View was awesome. Convenient location to store, restaurants and mall. Beach was easily assessable. Condo very nice and clean!
Pillows were very small and the extra ones in closet did not have linen on them. Bri
TV could have been better. We reached out the first night we were there bc TV in liv rm didn’t work for channel changes. No remote for actual TV brand jut one for cable. We Finally figured it out. However RealJoy was suooose to send someone and they never did. I reached backed out in the morning and they said it was not documented to come. Thank goodness we figured it out so we could at least get cable. Last guest changed the HDMI to hook up with device to watch streaming services. I asked about this before we traveled if smart tv to stream out acct. was told it was. However wasn’t told it’s kicked out so you can’t log into your service accts. So I did not bring devices to hook into with a HDMI cord. First place I’ve stayed at in a condo/house you couldn’t log on to stream.

Thank you for sharing your property with our family of 5. We all felt comfortable and at home. We had enough space to hang out versus staying in a cramped hotel room. Everything we needed was available, such as a washer and dryer. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk which was extremely convenient. There are plenty of stores and restaurants to visit. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ariel Dunes tower at Miramar Beach. The view from our balcony was incredible, was great to be walking distance to the beach and the place felt like home. There was one day though where there was a really bad smell in our unit, we contacted RealJoy, told them about the smell, and within 30 minutes, they had their own maintenance guy show up and he was able to resolve the issue within the day while we were at the beach. Staying with RealJoy was a solid experience for us and I would do it again!

We loved staying here! The pool with the fountain was great for the kids. The walk to the beach was short and easy. The beach access does not have a ramp though. Stairs only. This is something that should have been mentioned. The condo was wonderful and very clean. We would stay here again!

This place was great, it's our second time staying at Aerial Dunes and you can't beat the location for the price. There are tons of stores and restaurants nearby. it's a five minute walk to the beach, and the condo itself is very warm and welcoming.

This beach themed condo was incredible! From the breathtaking ocean view from the 23rd floor balcony to the immaculately clean condo, everything was textbook perfect. We were so close to amazing seafood restaurants & the white sandy beach was only a short walk away. Pool time was super relaxing too. Communication was great & speedy with Realjoy. We had a question on our first day, and they were quick to respond with a helpful & happy attitude. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

The view was exquisite!!!! The location to the beach is prime time!!! The place was well stocked with cookware for a chef. The bad thing was check in time was 4pm and check out was 10am. 10 am is too early to finalize your trip. All in all it was an amazing stay and I will definitely stay again!!!! Only request is to change the check in and out times.

Condo was just as pictured and you can't beat the views of the ocean! On our first full day we received a call from a Realjoy representative making sure we had everything we needed upon check in, which we did, but what a nice touch on hospitality. Conveniently located with restaurants, grocery stores and shops within walking distance or a short 5 minute drive. We will definitely book again!

When you walk out on the balcony the view is breathtaking! We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location is convenient. The unit itself is perfect - spacious, well equipped with everything you need for your summer vacation. Can definitely recommend it to anyone! I also what to add a few words about the management company. Great job! We had some questions which were addressed quickly. Hope to go back someday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was super clean and in a great location. It is across the street from the beach, but being on the 23rd floor, you have a perfect view of the beach. It was really busy, so we had long waits for the elevators a few times, but otherwise no complaints. I usually end up with back pain after sleeping away from home, but the master bed was super comfy! We will be back for sure!

If you’re looking for excellent views and a cozy place to stay this is the spot for you!
So close to the beach, restaurants and bars. There’s even one downstairs.
The Airbnb is on the 23rd floor of a 24 floor building so it really doesn’t get better than that. We will definitely be booking again.
