Welcome to Ariel Dunes I 2102! This beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA condo features unbelievable panoramic views, a huge, covered balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen to whip up a delicious meal. The king master suite boasts gorgeous Gulf Views with balcony access and a private bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub! There is also a guest room with a queen bed and a bunk nook with a twin bunk bed, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Come make this your new home away from home at Ariel Dunes I 2102!

Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's-eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping, and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely decorated, the beds were super comfortable and the AC blows nice after being in the sun all day. The beach is only about a 5min walk which is super convenient when having to travel with small children. The only big thing I feel needs to be updated is the washer and dryer. Other than that everything in this unit 2102, was great! I would recommend to others and definitely book again.

The Airbnb was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The views and walkable area to the beach was nice. Only negative things- the toilet in the master bathroom makes a loud shrilling noise every time you flush it that’s last several minutes. Very annoying in the middle of the night using the bathroom. The furniture is light colored so stains were very visible on the couch and a couple dining room chairs.

This place is located just steps away from the public beach. Great view from the balcony. Enough room to sleep 6 and more, comes with washer and dryer. There are 2 giant pools and a great cabana cafe. Overall it’s a fantastic place to stay with family.

We enjoyed our stay and the location! We appreciated the provided beach equipment, extra sunscreen, & small things that really made our stay feel like we were at home with everything we needed. Only took off a star because door code did not work at check in and with 4 hot and tired kids after hours & not able to contact anybody was an inconvenience. We otherwise enjoyed our stay, the condo is beautiful and super clean/welcoming for families, location is great, view is breathtaking and we will deff be back!
