Ariel Dunes I 203 is a large upscale unit that features breathtaking views of the swimming pools and the Gulf of Mexico from a huge and deep balcony! This immaculate 2BR, 2BA condo can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The master bedroom features a king bed, spacious closet, double sink vanity in the bathroom, and sliding glass doors that lead to the extra-large covered balcony with a love seat swing. The guest bedroom offers 2 twin size beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We enjoyed the place . It was clean and comfortable. You had all the utensils at the kitchen specially if you want to cook. The beach is almost in front of the Condominium. The balcony was huge. I really enjoyed. Everything was well decorated. Easy to use. Everything was according to the advertisement. My mother left the hearing-aids at the condo and Lisa from Real Joy’s Vacation went the extra mile to help me retrieved them. Thank you very much I really appreciate the gesture. I will recommend this place to family and friends. The rate for this place is 5 stars.

Comfortably slept 3 kids and 2 adults, easy access to the room being on second floor and right next to the stairwell. Didn’t have to wait for the elevator. Clean property with everything needed. An easy walk to the beach and very secure property for peace of mind leaving our vehicle parked.

We had a wonderful week at Ariel Dunes 1. It was a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach and blue water. The resort itself was very spacious for our family of 6. The heated pool was great for the cooler evening and some of the cooler days. We will definitely be coming back.

We absolutely loved this location! Lower level, super close to beach access (a 5 minute walk), beautiful and clean pools, and friendly staff! My husband and sister came along with me - I'm 6 months pregnant so needed some beach time that was convenient and cozy! This condo was a great space for our family of six. We enjoyed how comfortable the place felt and how close it was to walk to the beach. The condo is directly above the cafe and you can hear the live band playing through the vents but the plus is they close at 11pm. In all we had a great family vacation and the condo was exactly as listed. We would absolutely go back and rent this condo again.
