This beautiful condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master has a king with beautiful GULF views, the guest room has a queen, there are twin bunk beds in a smaller enclosed bedroom (kids love these), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room! Ariel Dunes I 2009 has 9-foot ceilings, and an 8-foot sliding glass door to help bring the gorgeous gulf view to life! Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The place was very homely and accommodating. The view from the balcony is breathtaking; a great place to enjoy morning coffee and meditation. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk away. And the host was very responsive and friendly. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already begun planning for next summer.

We had a wonderful stay! The whole family enjoyed the balcony view, and the room was cozy and felt just like home. We didn’t need to contact the host at all—everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The Destin area is beautiful, and we highly recommend visiting, even if you’re already from Florida like us. One small downside was that there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, which seemed a bit unusual—especially for five people staying five days. It would have been nice to have a few extras on hand. That said, it was just a minor inconvenience in what was otherwise a fantastic experience.

Great place and great location with a wonderful balcony view and all the comforts of a home.

What breakfast? Anyway, the accommodations were spectacular. Me and my girlfriends loved it. With one exception, we could not use the third bedroom as it was designed for young children. Plenty of space on the beach to share with provided seating. There was no one there to check us in and so I had to communicate via e-mail and wait for a response. We had to investigate the premises on our own to find everything, but the other guests that were there shared information happily.

For not being on the ocean the view was great. Convenient location. The condo was clean and spacious for 4 adults. Great balcony that connects to both the main bedroom and the family room. Some minor repairs are needed along with upgrading a few things (sent a list to the property manager) to improve this condo from good to great.
