This beautiful condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master has a king with beautiful GULF views, the guest room has a queen, there are twin bunk beds in a smaller enclosed bedroom (kids love these), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room! Ariel Dunes I 2009 has 9-foot ceilings, and an 8-foot sliding glass door to help bring the gorgeous gulf view to life! Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Wonderful family weekend at Ariel Dunes!

The location was amazing! Beautiful view of the Gulf from the condo, easy parking, great pools, and friendly people. We couldn't find the sheets for the sofa bed, but it wasn't a huge deal.

Wonderful

The place was exactly as pictured. The location is perfect! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and the option for the pool is good too, although there was no shaded area at the pool. The view from the place is amazing! I would definitely stay here again

Great place and great location with a wonderful balcony view and all the comforts of a home.

What breakfast? Anyway, the accommodations were spectacular. Me and my girlfriends loved it. With one exception, we could not use the third bedroom as it was designed for young children. Plenty of space on the beach to share with provided seating. There was no one there to check us in and so I had to communicate via e-mail and wait for a response. We had to investigate the premises on our own to find everything, but the other guests that were there shared information happily.

Many Positives with a Few Negatives

For not being on the ocean the view was great. Convenient location. The condo was clean and spacious for 4 adults. Great balcony that connects to both the main bedroom and the family room. Some minor repairs are needed along with upgrading a few things (sent a list to the property manager) to improve this condo from good to great.

Wonderful weekend

We booked this space for a quiet weekend getaway for a friend’s birthday. The condo was exactly as pictured and in a perfect location. We were only a few minutes’ walk from the beach and a few minutes’ drive to restaurants, stores and the outlet. We ordered takeout for breakfast on the balcony complete with the perfect ocean view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, even in the rain and we never heard our neighbors. It was the perfect socially distanced COVID friendly vacation. The front bunk beds are a little small and cramped for any adult, but would probably work for small children under 12. We opted out of sleeping in that room, but there was still plenty of sleeping space for the 4 of us in the other rooms. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Amazing stay!

Most beautiful place I’ve stayed in Destin! Beautiful views and in the heart of it all. Close to the stores, gas stations and food! I was super pleased with how they had everything you need in the kitchen, I didn’t even need to bring my handheld blender to make a cake lol the decor is amazing and it was super comfy. The only problem I had was with communication with the property at times during this pandemic. The kids absolutely fell in love. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Great views

Overall our experience was great! Having access to the beach and pools were very beneficial for us since we have younger kids who cannot spend the entire day in the Florida sun. The option of the heated pool was also great for night swims. The only obstacle we had was there was no pantry or cabinet space to put our food so it all sat on the floor in the dining area.

Room was clean, view was great, pools and cafe were great, beach was great, and overall stay was pleasant. Wish you could adjust temp lower especially being on the 20th floor to keep room cool.
