The king master suite features breathtaking Gulf views, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom. You'll also find a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a cozy twin-over-twin bunk bedroom, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or preparing a gourmet meal, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views spanning the coastline's sugar-white sands and emerald-green water. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Ariel Dunes, I offer a state-of-the-art fitness center, a 12,000sf pool featuring zero entry, and a spacious deck for lounging and catching rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!
The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals, and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Visit Seascape Towne Center within the Seascape Resort! This 55,000-square-foot lakeside development features shopping, dining, and entertainment for the whole family. Kids will enjoy the outdoor adventure park, including a ropes course, while you can explore unique dining options, nightlife, and live music venues. With a large events plaza and an arcade with laser tag, there's no need to leave the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located near the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet, featuring over 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining complex conveniently located just off Emerald Coast Parkway, near both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For those with a taste for high-end shopping, the center offers a range of stores, from the Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Unique boutiques like Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House feature exclusive items you won't find elsewhere. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Grand Boulevard welcomed Walton County's first movie theater, the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you're near Miramar Beach, snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet directly offshore from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (near Pompano Joe's), this reef is becoming a haven for sea life. The Dolphin Reef is part of a larger network of four snorkeling reefs, covering 40 acres of permitted sea bottom, and is situated at a depth of 12-20 feet. We highly recommend using a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the reefs, as sea conditions can change quickly. Enjoy your adventure!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arial Dunes Seascape . Our beautifully decorated unit was perfect for our family of 5 vacation . This rental was spacious & bright with lots of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen dinning area & comfortable Living room had plenty of seating for everyone. The king master bed & guest queen bed were super comfortable along with blackout curtains made for restful nights sleep. Spent mornings on the balcony having coffee a walk outside around the property & then to the gym located on 1st floor before heading over to the sugar white beaches just a short walk from our building . A dip in one of the many pools was refreshing after a beach day. Loved having a washer/dryer inside the unit & outdoor gas grill were definite perks for some of the amenities. Spent nights relaxing on a spacious balcony with gorgeous views of the ocean & beautiful skies. We would most definitely come back. Real Joy vacation rentals were top notch in communication. TY Amy S

The apartment was extremely clean and it looked exactly as the photos on their site. It included everything you needed as if you were in your own home. The beach is right across the street with easy access. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and close shopping centers. My grandson was sad to leave. We will be coming back.
