Ariel Dunes I 2001 is an upscale, corner condominium with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding area from the twentieth floor! The living area offers high-end furnishings, beautifully coordinated chairs, a glass-top dining table for eight, an eat-in kitchen, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the housewares and appliances you will need for meal preparation. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private balcony access; the master bath has a fabulous garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed and access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. The third bedroom is a second master bedroom with a queen bed and access to a private balcony with breathtaking views of the golf course, the coastline, and Choctawhatchee Bay. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Make your luxury stay at Ariel Dunes I, Unit 2001!

Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes, and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals, and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife, and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I would definitely recommend this stay!! It was exactly how the pictures portray and even better. The view was amazing, closer to the beach than we thought. The restaurant on site had amazing food and atmosphere as well. Family friendly and good even if just an adult trip! The only complaint I had is that it's very hard to determine what we can and can't to as far as HOA and private beach rules. So we eneded up having to spend more money than we thought and was not as prepared for the beach like we would have wanted. So just go to the public beach and take your own stuff.

All I can say is Realjoy went above and beyond to take care of a problem with the air conditioning that could have happened anywhere. They sent someone out as soon as I called and kept texting and calling to make sure the problem was resolved. They even hand delivered parking passes to our condo when we stayed an extra day. Our vacation was wonderful and we vacation in Miramar/Destin twice a year.. and our first time using Realjoy, it was so much easier than other rental agencies and I can honestly say Realjoy has our business from now on. We had a great time, beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels, which was great by the way.

Our room was very clean. Lots of parking and easy to get around. We arrived earlier than our check in time and just not being able to use the facilities. Example: that we could not use the pool area.
