Our third year staying for three months at Ariel Dunes #1609, as it has always exceeded our expectations. This year’s upgrades included a bigger livingroom TV, new fridge& stove as well as new furniture for the expansive patio! The view of the water from the patio takes your breath away. The unit has been well maintained and appointed with tasteful decor throughout. The beds are comfy and the master bedroom is huge with extra large bathroom too! Real Joy, the property manager was excellent to deal with, always keeping us informed and well cared for. This Miramar Beach condo will truly make your vacation a relaxing, stressfree holiday !

The view was amazing and our family loved that everyday we could walk to the beach!
We also celebrated our wedding with a ceremony on the beach and reception following at Cabana Cafe. Surfside Brides helped us with planning and Epic Elegant Entertainment DJ Christian brought the music.
It was the perfect location for our vacation and our wedding.

We had a great time over Labor Day weekend in this unit. It's about a 3-4 minute walk to the beach & the splash pad/pool area was the perfect end to a day at the beach, especially w/ a 2 y/o in tow. The unit provided a wagon w/ large wheels, perfect for the sand. It also provided 2 beach chairs but they were both broken & really should be thrown out. I loved the in-unit laundry but they only provide you with 1 pack of detergent so if you'd like to do more than 1 load you'll have to go buy more. Kitchen had all the utensils you could need. The fitted sheet on the king bed had a yellow stain (baseball size) so we slept on top of the sheets but did use the light comforter as it appeared to be clean. They did provide a broom and vacuum, it was nice to be able to clean up the sand we tracked in each evening. The view of ocean & size of balcony is wonderful (minus the direct view of air conditioners on the roof next door). All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great place for a family getaway! We were pleasantly surprised to find a beach wagon to use during our stay which was extremely helpful. Several beach chairs, sand toys, & a boogie board were a hit too. Being able to pay for an extra space for our third vehicle on site was also helpful.
Only downside to the stay was long waits for the elevators to our floor as many floors in the condos & only 3 of 4 elevators were working. Timing going to beach & arrival & departure & taking items in & out will be really important to help with this. We packed most of our things in car the night before departure to avoid elevator issue at departure time in AM:)

This place was spotless and everything we had imagined from pictures. We stayed in this same building last year, and were just as pleased this trip as the last.
Our host was helpful and responsive with any questions we had.
The resort facilities are clean, well kept, security has a strong but non-intrusive presence and we felt very safe at all times especially with kiddos.
The bunk bed room accommodated my very tall 11 and 8 year olds comfortably. My 11 year old is 5’7” 150 lbs and more than enough room to stretch out.
There was a keurig AND a standard coffee pot which was very convenient.

Had an amazing vacation here with my family! It was a beautiful, updated space with an incredible view. The pools were great for the kids and we were just a short walk from the beach and near some great restaurants and bars. We were also surprised to find a few extras that made our trip even better including an extra pack n play for our kiddos that wasn’t listed and a few boogie boards. I would say the only frustration was the lack of supplies that you would normally get with a privately owned Airbnb, so you just have to be prepared for a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing detergent, etc. Overall, loved the space and location and thought it was nice and clean despite previous reviews.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. Location was great, beach is walking distance, lots of restaurants near by and everything we planned on doing like banana boats, parasailing, etc was no more than 10 minutes away. My only issue was not as clean as I expected. There was hair in the bathroom drain so I cleaned the shower and stains on the sheets (we washed before sleeping) but overall a place would definitely stay at again.

This was our first trip to Destin-Miramar Beach area and we would definitely book this property again. It was the perfect location to the beach, access to both main strips for travel to restaurants and entertainment. We visited at end of May and beginning of June and it was not that crowded at all. The condo was on the 16th floor and getting an elevator was super easy. They had grocery & luggage buggies so you could transport your stuff from your car to your condo & plenty of them! Smoking was allowed only in designated areas-which I liked because we are not smokers so no worries about a smelly condo in 1609. The decor was very coastal chic. Had everything you could possibly need. Starter toiletries which is typical for this type of rental. You only need beach towels. Our view was great! We could sit on our balcony which was furnished with a sectional set and an Adirondack set on the long patio. You could access these from the master and living area. There were buildings in front of us but we could still see plenty of beautiful beach and hear the waves. Speaking of noise—couldn’t hear any with doors shut. Ocasional dropped noise from above but we sleep with noise machine so nothing bothered us plus 10pm HOA noise ordinance. The bedrooms are spacey but the room with the bunks is VERY SMALL and hard to hold luggage so be aware of that (we kept in our spacey closets). Honestly it’s a great place so if you’re on the fence, book it-you won’t be disappointed!

A beautiful updated condo with great beach decor. Has a great restaurant and bar on site and another bar right on the beach. It’s not directly on the beach but you still get a great view of the water. I would definitely stay here again! The owning company is very clear with instructions and proactive to keep you updated throughout the entire stay.

Wonderful stay at this well appointed, clean and spacious condo. Amazing ocean view from the over sized balcony. The master bedroom with ensuite is large and luxurious. The beds in both bedrooms are comfy. Plus there is a bunk bed room which doubles as a games room complete with X-box. The kitchen is well stocked with premium quality pots and pans. The Cabana Cafe down in the lobby offers excellent food and entertainment. We loved their pizza’s. Real Joy Property Management were very prompt and attentive. The golf course on the property is very affordable. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this unit.

We loved everything about this place. We were walking distance from the beach. The kids loved the pool. Groceries were delivered right to us which was fantastic so we could cook right there. Places to eat are within walking distance. When we had questions they were answered quickly. We would have stayed here another two weeks if we could! Beautiful view of the water. I’d highly recommend buying or bringing your own beach tent to set up for the day with a wagon to haul your equipment. You can’t go wrong staying here.

This is our second time staying at this property. We love the location and views from our place. Very clean inside and out. Fully equipped kitchen. The only thing missing was a dishcloth to do dishes and another kitchen hand towel would’ve been great. We would definitely come back.

Loved our room as we could see the Golf between 2 other high locations…some would have been blocked by other buildings. Fun bar and restaurant downstairs. Within 1 block of the beach. Fun! Loved it!

This is a nice spot to stay! It’s a walk to the beach, so keep that in mind. But you can rent chairs on the beach so you don’t have to lug everything there and back. Nice amenities and it’s a community spot, not a hotel, so the place was nice and quiet. I really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend this one!

We had an amazing stay! The view is absolutely beautiful. The balcony is huge. The condo was extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again. The Cabana Cafe is the restaurant at the bottom of the condo area and it is very good and reasonably priced. If you get to the condo early there is no where to leave your luggage.

A wonderful place to stay with an amazing view to look at everyday with a good ole cup of coffee. It was at a great location where everything was within a good driving distance (Outlet malls, convenient stores, grocery stores, restaurants, etc). We thought the bunk beds would be too small, but it fits our 6’ friends comfortably. The only issue we had was when we first showed up, the coffee maker was broken. Maintenance was so quick and prompt about a new replacement that I knew we picked a great place.

Cute condo that is decorated nicely and has a great view! Bed was comfy and everything in the condo is just as it says. Only thing I should mention is the front bedroom with the bunk beds is very small, but most people would not mind with small children plus your not staying in there a lot anyway. Totally recommend this property!

Places was amazing the beaches and pools... The only thing that was nasty and not good was people on the top floors spiting down on us by the pool and walking towards our cars people throwing beer down and from the top floors and wetting a few people walking towards our cars...

We love coming to Miramar Beach, and this time was no exception. The condo was in pristine condition. We had five adults traveling together, and were so happy this condo had 2 Kings and a queen, making sleeping arrangements much more comfortable. The views from the condo were absolutely stunning, even without being directly on the beach.
