There’s also a guest room with a queen bed, a smaller enclosed bedroom with twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Beautifully decorated condo in high rise building directly across the road from gorgeous Miramar beaches. Condo has everything you need for a comfortable beach week, well-stocked kitchen, clean, comfortable beds and living space and let’s not forget to mention the excellent views from the balcony for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails! Conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Beaches can get a little crowded in July, but you can definitely find a spot! We had a great week with many family memories made!! Grateful for the thoughtfulness in the design and attention to cleanliness of this property to make for a terrific stay!

I was completely impressed by everything with this property! The communication from the time we made the deposit, until we checked out was seamless. The property was well maintained, and a short walk to the beach. I do like to stay ON the beach, which this property is about a block from the beach, but the views were still great! The pictures are a bit deceiving from an angle in the photos, but still a quality place to stay. My only complaint was that there were no clothes hangers in the closet in the master bedroom when we arrived so I ordered some from Walmart and had them delivered and left them there for others to use hopefully. The other closet had hangers that were not removable so not sure what happened there. The views were amazing, and I loved having two sliding patio doors so I could sneak out on to the balcony to enjoy my mornings. We were on the 15th floor so sitting outside and hearing the waves crash was the best. I would stay at this property again. It was clean and they had beach toys there, and a wagon, and a couple of chairs. The coffee maker uses pods or regular coffee, which I did ask that question before we came and was told it was just a “regular” coffeemaker. It’s not. It is both. Good stay, very restful! 10/10

We had such an amazing stay! The Airbnb was incredibly cozy, cute, and surrounded by beautiful scenery—it truly felt like a perfect little getaway for our family. The owners were so attentive and detail-oriented, which made our experience even better. We especially loved the thoughtful touches like the beach wagon and beach toys—they made our beach days so easy and fun for the kids. The beach being just a short walk away was a huge plus! The pools were also a highlight, especially how well they catered to our little ones. There were so many great spots nearby to explore, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. We truly loved everything about our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Close to the beach, short walking distance. Lots of beach gear for use on the balcony, including a convenient wagon. Everything was a short drive to just about anywhere in the destin area. Condo was clean and no issues with anything other than the elevator was briefly out of service but only because of a storm.

Everything was great and restaurants and lots to do. The only thing I didn’t like was one of the sinks In the master bedroom was clogged and also maintenance was fixing a sprinkler while we were there.

Our stay was great! We have a 3 & 5 year old and we had more than enough space. There were all types of beach and pool toys in the container on the balcony along with 2 beach chairs, and a great beach wagon stored in the laundry closet!! The view of the ocean is great, and the walk to the beach is probably less than 350yds! RealJoy was extremely responsive and great to work with. There are shopping outlets and all types of great restaurants all walkable up to a 15 minute drive. There are also plenty of activities for the kids as well. If I had to name a complaint it would be that we didn’t bring our tent, there were dozens of people that had 8x8 tents set up on the area of the beach that sits between the resorts, and on other parts of the beach not situated in front of resorts. Other than that this was a wonderful trip and we would highly recommend to anyone with or without children.

This property was exactly as pictured. In fact, we were surprised at how well-stocked it was with kitchen appliances, including a slow cooker, cutting boards, and cooling rack. The unit was very clean and there were several games and activities, as well as chairs, tubes, boogie boards, and other fun items for the beach. The beach was a short and easy walk from the unit, even with four kids ranging from 3 to 10 and all the beach gear that kids "require." The pool was also very nice, and there are plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts by the elevators to make arrival and departure easy I would recommend to anyone, and I would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at this location was perfect. The weather was perfect, but even if it hadnt been it would have been perfect to hang out. The decor was more beautiful in person than in the listing. Had a wonderful time at this location! Very attentive owner. I was very impressed with property and all the details that were taken care of. Great place for a family. Just a tip, the 3rd bedroom is primarily for little kids. Nevertheless, it was a marvelous time for me and my family. The property is amazing, beautiful view and only minutes from the beach on foot. The condo was overall very clean (just a little sandy - even the sheets when we got there). The kitchen supplies met all of our needs. Our kids enjoyed the board games. There's a beautiful view of the beach from the patio and one of the bedrooms. The convenience of the beach toys and cart was nice. The walk to the beach is short. There are several restaurants nearby. We LOVED the pool - it really entertained all ages from toddlers to adults. Would definitely recommend staying here!
