Close to the beach, short walking distance. Lots of beach gear for use on the balcony, including a convenient wagon. Everything was a short drive to just about anywhere in the destin area. Condo was clean and no issues with anything other than the elevator was briefly out of service but only because of a storm.

Our stay was great! We have a 3 & 5 year old and we had more than enough space. There were all types of beach and pool toys in the container on the balcony along with 2 beach chairs, and a great beach wagon stored in the laundry closet!! The view of the ocean is great, and the walk to the beach is probably less than 350yds! RealJoy was extremely responsive and great to work with. There are shopping outlets and all types of great restaurants all walkable up to a 15 minute drive. There are also plenty of activities for the kids as well. If I had to name a complaint it would be that we didn’t bring our tent, there were dozens of people that had 8x8 tents set up on the area of the beach that sits between the resorts, and on other parts of the beach not situated in front of resorts. Other than that this was a wonderful trip and we would highly recommend to anyone with or without children.

This property was exactly as pictured. In fact, we were surprised at how well-stocked it was with kitchen appliances, including a slow cooker, cutting boards, and cooling rack. The unit was very clean and there were several games and activities, as well as chairs, tubes, boogie boards, and other fun items for the beach. The beach was a short and easy walk from the unit, even with four kids ranging from 3 to 10 and all the beach gear that kids "require." The pool was also very nice, and there are plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts by the elevators to make arrival and departure easy I would recommend to anyone, and I would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at this location was perfect. The weather was perfect, but even if it hadnt been it would have been perfect to hang out. The decor was more beautiful in person than in the listing. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Beds were heavenly....except the twins...was a little on the firm side. Great location for food. Beach/Gulfview from Balcony and literally steps from the beach! Had a wonderful time at this location! Very attentive owner. I was very impressed with property and all the details that were taken care of. Great place for a family. Just a tip, the 3rd bedroom is primarily for little kids. Nevertheless, it was a marvelous time for me and my family. The property is amazing, beautiful view and only minutes from the beach on foot. The condo was overall very clean (just a little sandy - even the sheets when we got there). The kitchen supplies met all of our needs. Our kids enjoyed the board games. There's a beautiful view of the beach from the patio and one of the bedrooms. The convenience of the beach toys and cart was nice. The walk to the beach is short. There are several restaurants nearby. We LOVED the pool - it really entertained all ages from toddlers to adults. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The view from the balcony is worth every penny! Walking distance to the beach and great pool! Everything ready for use! Stores and outlet nearby! (Use the back exit to get to places quicker!)
Bring your shampoo and conditioner (one provided we didn’t like), laundry soap, and sponge to wash dishes or extra pods. We stayed a while and needed these.
Spacious and great place to stay at! We had two married couples and myself and my teenage daughter stay and we were comfortable (6 people to total). Perfect place to get away and disconnect!

The location is great with amazing views out the balcony. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella and beach cart to enjoy down at the beach. So many great little shops and restaurants nearby. The cabana cafe on the property was a great spot for a night cap, live music pizza and ice cream. Our family had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Such a beautiful place right on scenic 98. We love staying at Ariel dunes, a short walk to the beach and this condo even had beach toys, boogie boards, beach tent, and umbrella in a storage box on the patio! So perfect for us with kiddos! Very clean and spacious and fully stocked kitchen! Even had a cute little welcome bag for us! I would recommend bringing some laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent so you can do laundry and dishes :) best view of the beach too!

RealJoy is the company to go with. We stayed in Ariel Dunes I 1509 and that condo is beyond beautiful. The beach view from the balcony is breath taking. I loved how the kitchen had all the utensils you needed, washer and dryer, beach toys, and a lot of family night games. This condo felt like my home away from home. Oh and the extra bathroom and sofa bed was a great added bonus!

Our stay at Ariel Dunes was very impressive.. I will admit that given the current situation we were a little weary to stay in a high rise with the possibility of Covid exposure but this location handled cleanliness very well and everyone on site was very respectful of social distancing and best practices when it came to common areas (ie elevators, pools). Our rental was very well kept and had everything we needed and more. We had a total of 8 - four adults and four kids (14-11 years old) and we never felt as if we were crammed into a space too small for us. Kitchen was well stocked; full size fridge and working ice machine was a plus. The kids did state that a small fan for the bunk room would've been helpful; as a ceiling fan maybe tough given the size of the room. The balcony was a great space for meals, morning exercise and evening drinks to unwind. We were definitely impressed by the beach equipment in the bin on the balcony it was a great help! The guest book was a very unique touch and happy to say we left our words of appreciation to the owners there as well. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

If you can't be right on the beach, this is the next best thing. The condo was clean, fully stocked, and a lovely place for our family getaway. We had our 5 kids plus a friend for a total of 8. The pools were great, I loved the view, and it was so close to the beach! We enjoyed walking to so many local places the beach was beautiful. BIG bonuses were full sized washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Thanks for a great rental, we would love to stay there again.
