The king master suite also boasts gorgeous Gulf Views with balcony access! There is a twin over twin bunk bed in the hallway and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This lovely unit sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably. Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our stay was absolutely peaceful and amazing!
The condo was just as pictured. Very easy check-in, no hassle at all. From the balcony you have the most amazing view of the ocean. This property made our week stay for our honeymoon feel right at home. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Despite the cold weather and winds which was unpredictable our stay at Ariel Dunes 1505 was amazing! The view was superb! When it was too cold to go to the beach just sitting on the couch or on the balcony listening to the waves of the ocean was so peaceful. My only regrets was we couldn’t stay longer! Thank Thanks to RealJoy for the information before the trip, reminders, text messages, and phone calls during our stay to ensure we were having a great time. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

We had a wonderful time. The only thing I could suggest is the furniture, and rug could be cleaned. Also have your cleaning people keep the dryer filters cleaned. There was at least two inches of lint in the filter, which is a fire hazard. We needed a new coffee pot as the one was broken. You were very prompt bringing us a new one. We were very happy otherwise.

My stay at Ariel Dunes 1505 was great! The condo was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and in the closet there was a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs. The pools were clean and beautiful and it was so convenient having the Cabana Cafe on the first floor. I would definitely recommend Airel Dunes and will be staying here again in the future.

This was a great condo. The view is under represented in the photos. You are looking directly at the beach from the balcony and it is beautiful. When you enter from the opposite side, you have a clear view of the bay. We will stay here again.

Our stay was great! The place was perfect for our family of four! Location is perfect with lots to do with kids just a few minute drive down the road. Only downfall was between the two pools only half of one was heated and it wasn’t heated every day. It was chilly a few days we were there and the kids couldn’t enjoy the pool because they were too cold. We would definitely stay again!

Great value. Room is larger than expected, kitchen has everything you need, there was enough paper products for our stay and towels. A few minor criticisms I have are that there are no beach accessories (like beach towels, umbrella, etc.) and that the checkin/out times are strict. 10am check out (not bad) and a very late check-in(5 pm). Overall, amazing stay and great service.

Fantastic! Super comfortable seating, great bed, great water pressure, all with a fantastic, relaxing view of the Gulf! Easy access/walk to the beach, and convenient driving to necessities/attractions. Perfect for two, more would be cramped I imagine. As a long stay, I found the lack of table/work area to be one negative. The breakfast bar is uncomfortable for more than a few minutes. Also, keep the email with the portal link info! Otherwise you're expected to recall some randomly generated log-in id, to access your codes for the apartment. Good thing is, the office is very responsive.

Perfect location for a couples getaway

We had the best stay. We stayed at Seascape last year and we will be back next year as well. It truly has not disappointed us one bit!! The pools are clean, close to some AMAZING restaurants (We recommend The Crab Trap), and the walk to the beach is not a bad at all.

What a great place for such a nice stay. I love the beach decor. The positive sayings on the cute signs. The amenities were great. It was easy to check in. Loved the music on the tv when we walked in! The location was awesome. I enjoyed the on-site restaurant. We used the gym and they had a lot to offer for a workout. The pools were nice. What a fabulous location for a vacation. The communication was excellent! I hope to return soon.

Vaca in 1505 ??

The condo was exactly as pictured. I brought extra essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc) but didn’t have to use hardly any of it due to the condo being stocked. Win! The condo was clean and the check in /out was a breeze due to the informative emails /text received beforehand Win!! I would suggest listing that the condo provides beach chairs. (Room we could’ve saved in the car) Great condo and location. Would reserve again!

The space was clean and just as described. Great oceanfront views and a short 5min walk across the parking lot to the beach. Clean white sandy beaches and chair rentals too. We ate at several restaurants on the beach and in the condo. Expect meals to be pricey, but great quality of food. Lots to do and see in nearby Destin. We took a Dolphin cruise and it was amazing! We definitely will stay again!
