Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!
Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. Very nice place to stay for my family with two teenagers!! Some of our favorite things about the condo …. The view was beautiful, you can see the gulf from the living room and master bedroom. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, comfortable beds and furniture, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. The pools were great and not crowded. The beach was a short walk with the most amazing sand and clear water. Great location to check out many things in the Destin area like shopping, dining and beaches. We had a wonderful stay. It was easy to feel comfortable in the condo. Beautiful view of the ocean and a quick walk to the beach. Loved the pool and Cabana bar and restaurant. The decor was beautiful. Loved having the two bedrooms with two full baths. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and plates etc. even had wine glasses. Large dining table too. This was my family's first time in Florida. The location and access to the beach was perfect. We could see the beach from our balcony and toom. Close enough to restaurants and shops but not right in the middle of everything. We contacted RealJoy as soon as we noticed a few minor things that needed to be fixed and they responded quickly. We arrived to a beautiful condo that looked and smelled visibly clean. We stayed for a week and cooked out all meals except 2 dinners so the kitchen should have about all you need. Host was very responsive. The ocean view was pretty spectacular. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The bar downstairs was a great little spot with live music every night. We brought our 1.5 year old twins and surprisingly was pretty toddler proof. Nice area rug In the living room and carpeted bedrooms. The kids even loved the place. This place was exactly as advertised!! Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean! The perfect size for 2 couples! The balcony was beautiful and spacious for outdoor dining! The beach was a 5 minute walk across the street with easy access to the beach! Lots of restaurants were within walking distance! We loved our stay at Ariel Dunes I! Beautifully furnished condo, quick walk to the beach. The pools are large and were never crowded. Great location with plenty of dining options! We really enjoyed the Cabana Cafe, perfect for dinner after a long day at the beach!

Our condo was beautiful and easy to access. Everything was perfectly clean and parking was easy with plenty of space. We were able to easily walk to the beach, with access just to the right after crossing the road. Overall, this condo was listed at a great price especially for how pretty and well kept it was! Me & My Family really enjoyed our stay here this past weekend. Everything described matched perfectly. The view is Stunning. From The easy check in, The responsiveness from the Host, Access to beach, Great restaurants in walking distance, Awesome for family vacations , & Etc. This place was perfect for a Christmas getaway! It matched the description perfectly. It was warm and cozy when we arrived and beds were comfy. Condo looked exactly as pictured. It was very clean and spacious; more than enough room for our family of 4. Pool was very nice and my kids loved that it had a very shallow end that they could stand up in. Beach was just a short walk away. It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the beach (with a 5yr old and 2yr old in tow). Property is right off the highway so it’s quick easy access to get to anywhere in Marimar Beach, Destin or Fort Walton. My only suggestion (very minor, but definitely a must if you have small kids like we did) would be bring plastic ware or be prepared to grab some at the store as there are only glass cups and plates in the unit.- Reviewed On: 5/21/2022

The location was perfect! Our view from the balcony was amazing. Beach/pool access was easy, no problems. The condo was spacious and very clean. The bed in the master was SOOOOO comfy! No issues waiting for an elevator at all. Parking wasn’t bad. It was only me, my fiance and our son and we all enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again!

This place exceeded our expectations! Very clean, quick and responsive, friendly service, with GREAT amenities. The building and the area feels very safe. We received incredible customer service, they went over and beyond to make us happy. We are so pleased with how relaxing our stay was. The location is great, with just a short walk to the beautiful beach, and ample parking in the lot. The views were excellent. We will be renting with RealJoy again as we were super satisfied, and if this unit in particular is available again once our vacation comes around we will definitely stay here.
