Ariel Dunes I 1403 is a 2BR, 2BA condo in Seascape Resort that features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from a large balcony. This beautiful unit is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, granite countertops, and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed, spacious closet, double sink vanity in the bathroom, and sliding glass doors that lead to the covered balcony. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. I slept better there than in my own bed. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. If I wasn't at the pool or the ocean I was on the balcony. Short walking distance to the ocean and restaurants. Loved all the amenities Ariel dunes offered. Staff was really nice and helpful. They kept the grounds clean. Planning my next trip back! Can't wait!

We enjoyed our stay it was one of the best ones we have stayed at along the emerald coast. The view is beautiful. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. They provided basic toiletries and clean towels. The beds were comfortable. It was a great location overall. It’s a relaxing and quiet area amazing for families. The beach is a short 5 minute walk. The resort is gated and feels secure. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

We’ve stayed in this Building twice but it was our first time in this particular home. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We instantly felt comfortable when we walked in. The home is beautiful! The owner was very helpful and assured that we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The location has a beautiful view with a short walk to the beach. And the area has many excellent places to eat including a nice cafe on the first floor! If you’re looking to book a spot around Miramar Beach, this ones a safe bet! We had a great time and would stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay!! We walked into a clean space with a welcome gift, music from the tv’s greeting us, and turquoise waters from the gulf. It’s a large unit with plenty of room and privacy. Only “complaint” is that it was missing some kitchen essentials like extra trash bags, aluminum foil, cooking spray, etc. Perhaps this isn’t common anymore since the pandemic. Of course we went to the store and made do. Short walk to the beach and had pools on property. Would 100% come back here!

Great location to the beach! The views were amazing from the living room and master. On friday and monday nights there is a wooden deck bar on the beach that hosts a public bonfire with chairs and you can purchase a s’mores kit for $5. It was awesome! Would definitely stay again.

Good Stay, strange lease contract

The condo we stayed in was good for our needs! There is a bar and restaurant at the floor level, a nice spacious balcony and a comfortable living area. The only thing I did not like about our stay was thankfully a non-issue but, the contract that comes from the leasing company is ridiculous. It stated that if there was a catastrophic natural disaster event that made the property uninhabitable, no refunds would be granted. Had I not already paid before I had to sign this contract I might not have stayed. As someone who has dealt with hurricanes this is utterly ridiculous that the company could keep my money if they are unable to render the promised services to me. Instead I was encouraged to get 'trip insurance.' So I should pay you more money for the possibility that God Himself destroys your property to get my money back? Ridiculous! I hope the RealJoy vacations team sees this and realizes the absurdity of their contract which leaves customers without options after they have already paid for their stay. Thankfully the gulf was quiet that week and we had a great stay 5 stars.

Exceptional everything

Everything went according to plan from check in to check out.. the 2 pools were a plus especially the kid pool. It was perfect for our 2 year old and 13 year old nephew. Had an ocean view as soon as we opened our condo door.the cabana cafe was on point and had delicious pizza and food.

Such a nicely maintained and clean condo. Better view than we expected. A little walk to the beach but many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Burger from downstairs bar and grill was so good! Beach was crowded but to be expected. Not crowed like Destin or PCB. Would definitely book again.
