Recently updated, Ariel Dunes I 1401 is an upscale, corner condominium with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the surrounding area from the fourteenth floor! The living area offers high-end furnishings, beautifully coordinated chairs, a glass top dining table for eight, eat-in kitchen with three barstools, and a large flat-screen TV with a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the housewares and appliances you will need for meal preparation. The master bedroom features a king bed, designer bedding, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and private balcony access; the master bath has a fabulous garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, and dual vanity sinks. The second bedroom offers a king bed with beautiful bedding, a flat-screen TV, and access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. The third bedroom is a second master bedroom with a queen bed and gorgeous bedding, and access to a private balcony with breathtaking views of the golf course, the coastline, and Choctawhatchee Bay. Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views were absolutely beautiful, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. The beach was just a quick walk away, making it easy to enjoy the water whenever we wanted.There were also so many great places to eat nearby, so we never had to travel far for a delicious meal. We have stayed at AD 1 before, this was by far my favorite place. The condo was beautifully decorated. The corner condos are the best and this was great because it didn’t have a bunk bed. It wasn’t needed for our group. Was perfect for 6 people, although it accommodates 8. They were responsive when we asked to have some linens replaced. They have plenty of kitchen items that you will need for your stay. A few items to take to the beach, even an ice chest! They have games and lots of books to use while staying there. I wish we had stayed longer because there were a few restaurants I would he loved to have tried. This place is great if you have other parties who are staying at the same complex. We were able to help our daughter out with our grandson because she was on another floor with her husband’s family. It was really nice! They provide starter toilet paper, soap, dishwasher and laundry soap but bring your own because you will run out. Bring your own toiletries, as noted by the inst.

Our stay at Ariel Dunes 1, 1401, was excellent. When we entered the condo we were greeted with a very spotless condo, from the kitchen to every room. The condo was decorated beautifully and our eyes were immediately drawn to the view, which was spectacular gulf views from practically every room. We had one small problem which was resolved in a timely manner. We look forward to returning to this beautiful condo on our next visit. Real Joy was a pleasure to work with and always answered my any concerns that I had right away.

What a beautiful condo with lots of space to spread out especially the three bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nicely decorated as my husband retired from the National Park Service the posters were nice touch. The pools and beach were enjoyable as well. We should have stayed longer!!

Our Visit was great! The place was amazing and super clean. The RealJoy staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We ran into an issue with our portal to access the room and it was resolved within minutes. A staff member also called during our stay to check in and make sure everything was going great. We loved staying here! There was plenty of room for our group and everything was super clean! The location was perfect and there was plenty to do. We were right across the street from the beach and the pools were huge. The hosts were super responsive to the small portal access problem to enter in the condo. The issue was fixed in less than 5 minutes. The host company also called later in our trip to make sure everything was still going well and to call if anything popped up. We have never had a host reach out to check-in and its super nice. Loved everything about this place and can’t wait to stay again!!

Best condo we have stayed in so far! So much room, nicely decorated and corner spot with gorgeous views! We had some issues with the washing machine but the company was quick to respond, sent someone out to fix and even offered to reimburse us or take our clothes to be laundered while we waited. Elevators were quick, especially given how many floors there are and the pools were great! You could even rent golf carts on site, which made things so easy! Walking distance to great food, sweet treats and stores if you needed anything! Will for sure stay again!

Completely exceeded expectations

Great communication a few days prior and day of check in so I was fully prepared and knowledgeable of checking process. The unit was very welcoming - lights on, music playing on tv. Unit was VERY clean. Only miss was the screens on doors! Very spacious, great location, unit is fully stocked - appreciated that and oh did i mention how CLEAN and comfortable it was! I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to getaway to Destin. The view was beautiful, home was very clean and had plenty of room. It was in close proximity to plenty of activities, as well as a very short walk to the beach. The restaurant on the first floor had great food and was very convenient. I will definitely be returning to this exact location.

We had an amazing time!! Beautiful place and very comfortable. View was incredible. I would like to say golf cart parking is allowed and in fact they rent them on site (we were told golf cart parking was not allowed) Beach is close but if anyone in your party has any issues they would consider it too far to walk. This happened with one of our guests but she was very happy to be at the pool. Overall I would highly recommend this place and we will most likely return next year

It was clean. I loved the decor. It wasn't to beachy( those god awful orange, yellow, and green colors). The decor and seating was what caught my eye first. Loved the views from the balconies! They were awesome. We had a great time celebrating my daughter turning 16! The bed was a little too firm for me, but that's a personal preference problem really.

The Corner Condo was clean and surprisingly spacious. The beach is a short walk through the complex. The balcony was our favorite spot to enjoy the beautiful view and breeze. We would stay here again.

Excellent property and our condo was amazing. Great views from 14th floor balcony. Only problem was someone on floor above was smoking all the time and it drifted down. I'm a nonsmoker and didn't care for the smell. The whole property was spotless. Will pick this again.
