The king master suite also features Gulf Views with balcony access and a private bathroom with a separate shower, soaking tub, plus his and her sinks! There is also a guest room with a Twin XL over queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 7 guests! With stunning views and a prime location in Miramar Beach, Ariel Dunes I 1307 will make the perfect beach vacation!

Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Worth it, we enjoyed this place very much, it most definitely had the views and it was just like it was described, would definitely come back didn’t wanna leave honestly. This is the 4th different unit we’ve stayed at in Ariel Dunes, and by far our favorite. Super homey feeling, extremely clean, would be comfortable for an even longer stay. I don’t base my ratings on personal preference concerns, but would like to mention the king bed in the master is quite firm, but the pillows were comfy. Wouldn’t keep me from staying here again though. Super comfortable stay. Nice appliances and the cleanest unit we’ve stay at of any property we’ve rented previously. We will definitely return to this unit when able and also will happily try other Real Joy properties. Great week long stay. :)- Reviewed On: 10/19/2025

I didn't have any issue with Realjoy's they communicated well when I needed something the condo they manage is very nice there were some issues but oh well !! nothing is perfect the dryer makes a horrible noise and the master bedroom bed squeaks with any movement the owner should fix them up besides that we had a great week ( 8 days total ) we'll come back next year.- Reviewed On: 9/1/2024

The view is worth it all. Our stay was very enjoyable. The only thing that threw us off a little was a knock at the door from pest control while we were having breakfast. He tried to come in stating that he needed to spray inside no matter what, we told him no. Then we talked to the host and told her we were not letting anybody come and spray during OUR vacation time, especially with our children there. The representative we talked to tried to talk back and started telling my husband "we have to let him in", nothing about that was communicated to us before booking and we were not ok with someone spraying chemicals with our babies in this place. The host would not reimburse our last night there for us to get out and let them spray so they settled to let us continue our vacation without having to get sprayed with chemicals. This was our first family vacation as a family of 4 and this was more than perfect. The space was amazing and clean. The views were perfect and so many things to do all with in walking distance or a 2 min drive. Pictures don’t do justice. Also having a l washer / dryer and kitchen was a life savor. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be staying here again.- Reviewed On: 9/20/2023
