The king master suite also features Gulf Views with balcony access and a private bathroom with a separate shower, soaking tub, plus his and her sinks! There is also a guest room with a Twin XL over queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 7 guests! With stunning views and a prime location in Miramar Beach, Ariel Dunes I 1307 will make the perfect beach vacation!

Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

I didn't have any issue with Realjoy's they communicated well when I needed something the condo they manage is very nice there were some issues but oh well !! nothing is perfect the dryer makes a horrible noise and the master bedroom bed squeaks with any movement the owner should fix them up besides that we had a great week ( 8 days total ) we'll come back next year.

The view is worth it all. Our stay was very enjoyable. The only thing that threw us off a little was a knock at the door from pest control while we were having breakfast. He tried to come in stating that he needed to spray inside no matter what, we told him no. Then we talked to the host and told her we were not letting anybody come and spray during OUR vacation time, especially with our children there. The representative we talked to tried to talk back and started telling my husband "we have to let him in", nothing about that was communicated to us before booking and we were not ok with someone spraying chemicals with our babies in this place. The host would not reimburse our last night there for us to get out and let them spray so they settled to let us continue our vacation without having to get sprayed with chemicals. Other than that, our stay was great.

This was our first family vacation as a family of 4 and this was more than perfect. The space was amazing and clean. The views were perfect and so many things to do all with in walking distance or a 2 min drive. Pictures don’t do justice. Better than expected! There is a new sectional couch that is different than the pictures. Nice surprise since it was quite comfortable. The unit is extremely clean and well appointed. The balcony with ocean views was a perfect spot to have cup of coffee in the morning. I especially appreciated the stocked kitchen. Everything you need to cook is provided. I hope to visit again!

It was such a great experience! Location was great with a BEAUTIFUL view! The only hassle was that the elevators were down when we were trying to leave and we spent 40 mins waiting on an elevator. 2/4 of the elevators were working and literally EVERYONE was checking out at the same time. Other than that, we throughly enjoyed our stay, will book again!

We loved our stay here! The condo was a really short walk to the beach and we were still close enough to hear the waves from the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all of your meals there, but there’s also great restaurants super close by. Two things to note, make sure for checkin that you go to the Ariel Dunes building 1. There is another Ariel Dunes building 2 beside it with the same condo number. We spent forever trying to get in before realizing we were at the wrong one. Also, make sure not to turn the lock on the inside of the door. The door will automatically lock behind you, but if you turn the lock it will mess up the mechanism and won’t lock. Both of the issues we received help with immediately, so communication with the owners was great.

Everything was good but I made sure I clean up everything while I was there and I wash my sheet in my room but not the other room All the towels was.clean before we left and there was no trash to pick up and nothing left in the refrigerator at all ..

Would stay again!

We loved our stay here. The property was clean, beds were very comfortable, the view is amazing, easy access to the beach. It wasn’t quite as well stocked as other vacation rentals I’ve stayed in… for instance there was no laundry detergent, no cooking basics like salt/pepper or cooking spray, no coffee or coffee filters, etc, although there were plenty of appliances and cooking tools. So that would be my only suggestion, but overall we would gladly stay here again!

We loved our stay. Weather could have been better but condo was perfect. Loved how well- stocked it was and the balcony was where we spent most of our time.

Great Family Spring Break Getaway!

Everything about this property was true as listed. It was clean, safe, and a close walk to the beach. We had a blast and will look to book it again next year. The only suggestion I have for improvement is at least one more dish towel for the kitchen so one could always be clean while the other washes.
