Beautiful balcony view of the beach and in a very good location to be able to walk there as well. The room itself was nice and cozy and had very good AC.There was however one night where a pipe burst for the whole complex resulting in the loss of water but other than that, everything else was fine.Definitely we would like to go back next time.

Great place..very comfortable..big balcony with furniture..building is nice and very closed to the water. I wish beach necessities would be provided, it’s hard to bring beach chairs and stuff when you’re traveling from far…at least a beach cooler would be nice, other than that it was a very nice experience…I love the fact the condo is right by the elevator, super convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Destin! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive—quick to answer questions and very accommodating to our needs. The property was spotless upon arrival, and every room felt fresh, well-maintained, and inviting. It’s clear the owners take great pride in keeping the home clean and guest-ready. The value for the location and amenities was unbeatable. We were close to the beach, shops, and family-friendly attractions, yet the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place in Destin with top-notch communication and care, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was clean and has a great view. Elevators were faster than I expected. Parking was a little aggravating due to the amount of people. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable so they gave us a topper to put on the bed which helped. Did have a problem with the A/C that was resolved in a matter of hours. Other than that it’s a good place to stay with good amenities. My kids enjoyed the pools, ice cream, and short walk to the beach. The beach access wasn’t far away but the spots were limited bc they had umbrella service on both sides. So if you didn’t set up at 630am then you were in the back and not by the water.

The place is great, well located close to the beach. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. The only issue are the mattress in the auxiliary room, they make a sound when you turn in bed which can disturb the other person when sleeping. Other than that it is fully recommended

Loved the location, how clean it was. Very roomy. Will definitely use again. Loved where we stayed. Nothing except maybe that it took a little while to wait on elevator because of how tall the building is but other than that, perfect. Never been to Florida before this trip and was well worth the drive. Loved the beaches

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was great with a short walk to beach and had easy parking. I would have preferred that there be no carpet as I have allergies, but that wouldn’t be a deal breaker for this beautiful view. Also, it would be nice to have had smart tv’s to watch some tv at night. Overall, we had a great time and would rent here again.

The beach was beautiful as was the location. There was a Cabana restaurant to eat at, golf cart rentals, large pools, & more. It was conveniently located next to everything. One of the beds in the twin bedroom was a little squeaky & wobbly, but I ended up sleeping just fine. I’d definitely recommend staying there.

Condo was perfect for my family of 4 and my dad. Very clean and spacious. The pools were amazing. Kids had a blast! It never got overly packed for us nor did we have to wait terribly long for the elevator. It was also very quiet. Having gym access was also a nice touch if you weren't too tired from all the fun in the sun. The beach is about a 4 minute walk. It gets pretty packed and folks will start setting up camp on the beach at 630. There are no beach accessories so if you must have any be sure to bring your own. I want to mention that the beds in the kids' room are ideal only for smaller children. An adult would not be comfortable on the beds. The box springs is very noisy and mattress is super soft feeling like I sunk into the bed itself....this did not phase my 8 and 11 year old boys BUT if you had teens/adults looking to stay in that room good luck. My dad said the sofa pull out was comfortable.

We had a blast on our Girl's Trip weekend. The property was so inviting when entering with soft smooth music playing and even had a welcome card and gift on the counter. The property was assessable to everything that we took advantage of for the weekend and the restaurant was great. Our view of the beach was amazing. The only thing that I can complain about is that we had one roach crawling on the wall but since our room was right by the elevator/trash shoot I let that complaint slide. (This time)

Our first time in Destin and this place was perfect. Put us right in the middle of everything, the beach, dining, pools, and arcade. Made it very hassle free as far as not having to go far for anything. The condo was great, very spacious, fit the 6 of us with no problem. The views were amazing as well, could hear the waves of the gulf from the balcony at night. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great location and great view of the beach! We have friends that have a place at the Emperess and it was easy and convenient for us to meet up with them to go to the beach and dinner. Condo was easy to access and close by elevator (but not noisy from people walking by). Dont miss the Cabana in the bottom of the building its a great bar with nightly live music and good bar food!
