Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals and several restaurants, including the famous Whales' Tail, which features live bands.

Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Area Attractions:

Ariel Dunes is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Booking my reservation was easy and the host always made their selves available from the beginning of our stay to the end. The condo was clean and plenty of room for the four of us. The build in bunk beds are adorable. There’s plenty of parking available even when returning back to the condo late. Knowing we had a beautiful and clean place to stay made our vacation more enjoyable. This trip was a graduation gift for my granddaughter as she had always wanted to come to the Destin area. We had a fantastic stay at Ariel Dunes Tower 1! While the main drive-up is currently a bit bumpy due to ongoing construction, the 'bench side' entrance is a great alternative, and parking across both buildings was a total breeze. The breezeway access was also a lifesaver for unloading our luggage.The unit itself was beautiful and surprisingly close to the beach—much closer than we anticipated! It was spotless, well-stocked, and the kitchen had everything we needed, from stainless appliances to a Keurig. It’s clear the owners take a lot of pride in the space.A small heads-up for future guests: the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, and the iron might need a look (my husband is former military and very particular about his creases!). Despite those small things, we highly recommend this unit. We’d love to return next year, though we’ll be looking for one of the host's pet-friendly options so we don't have to leave our Cavapoo, Moochi, behind again!"

I enjoyed the stay immensely! The condominium was easily accessible from both highway 98 and scenic 98. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the bed very comfortable. All around it was a great experience.

The condo was nice. Good beach view. There was a minor issue with the thermastat that was noticed after hours but RealJoy responded to my text with a temporary solution until the next day. There is very little space for luggage storage which could pose a problem. The condo advertises for sleeping 6. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. Might get tight in condo space.

The property location was good. Beach view n short walk. Several pools, many places close by. The condo could have been a tad cleaner, no batteries in the AC thermostat. The biggest complaint would be the cooking pans. They are terrible and pretty much non useable. A few tweaks to and the Condo would be perfect. Other than that our vacation was good.

Overall, this condo was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The only drawback (which really wasn't the owner's fault) was that the drains drained slowly in the bathtub and one of the bathroom sinks. A bottle of Drano under the sinks would fix it. Probably some guests did not clean up their hair in the shower. However, the condo was super clean and we'd stay there again!

This condo unit at Ariel Dunes I is perfectly situated for a beautiful view of the ocean/beach, pools and landscaping! Queen bed in master is very comfortable! Having a restaurant/bar (Cabana Cafe) for lunch, dinner or just cocktails in the building was great! Food and service was excellent! They even have live music! It was nice to not have to leave the resort and fight traffic just to get a bite to eat or a drink. We highly recommend this condo! No hassles at all, and very relaxing!
