This corner property was FABULOUS! Finding the built in standalone icemaker was a bonus for those mixed drinks LOL. Each bedroom was clean and appointed well. We couldn't locate the can opener and lickity split one was delivered right to us. Other than that the kitchen stocked items were plentiful! The bunk bed room I was in the only downside for me personally the mattress was quite firm. My friends all said the other 2 beds were super comfy. Again, those things are different for everybody, so take that for what it is worth. All in all we all agreed if we do staycations in that area we would rent that exact property again. Those beach views were GREAT!!!

Areal Dunes 1, room 1001 was a beautiful spacious condo with a great view. Upon arrival, the room was very clean and smelled fresh. We had no issues with anything all week and had a wonderful stay. We will probably rent this room again and would highly recommend it to others.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with RealJoy! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. The ocean views from the balcony were breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The living space was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach, with great restaurants and shops nearby. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent throughout.
Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Our recent stay at Miramar Beach exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply superb. The apartment was immaculate—beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The location of the apartment was ideal. Just a short walk from the beach, we loved how easy it was to go back and forth throughout the day. Being so close to the ocean made our experience even more enjoyable, especially with the stunning sunsets each evening.
The amenities were also top-notch. From the well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds to the pool and fitness center, every detail was thoughtfully arranged to enhance our stay. We especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was.
And of course, the beach itself was spectacular—white sands, crystal-clear water, and plenty of space to relax or play. It was the perfect setting for a family getaway.

We’ve been coming to the Destin area since 2009 and this was our best condo yet. The place was huge and fit our family and friends perfectly. We liked the extra touches like a separate ice maker, high-end backpack cooler for the beach, along with a Dyson vacuum to keep the sand to a minimum. Highly recommend this condo when headed to the Destin area.

We had the best 4 days at the beach staying here. The beach access is walking distance so you dont need to move your car. Ariel Dunes is a perfect location for beach and restaurant access. Weve stayed in this building in the past however this was the best condo as it was on the end and had larger balcony and more views of the beach. 3 full baths were optimal for 6 people. Very nicely furnished and accessorized.

The unit was as described. The balconies offered amazing views and were comfortable to enjoy. The property has an amazing beverage bar onsite. I do suggest if you are staying for more than a few days you will need to purchase your own dish detergent and washing detergent as they only give you a starter kit. Overall the place was very nice.

Heaven of the kitchen appliances, also there are a lot of bowls, plates, silverwares. Dishwasher pots were provided.
Huge ice machine was a big big plus.
I love how they prepare a lot of extra blanket for us.

We loved this property and it worked perfect for our needs. Plenty of bathroom space (necessary because we were in Destin for a wedding) and great views. Only downside were the old TVs which were actually kind of comical for this beautiful condo. The master bedroom tv didn’t work. We called to report this to the management company and they really tried to troubleshoot it and were very nice and helpful. Although they put in an order for someone to stop by, no one ever did. Not a big deal because we weren’t there to watch tv, just would have been nice when trying to get to sleep. We really loved this property!!

The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach within 3 min. The place is very clean and you can see the sea from your living room and master room. But there is no coffee filter, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent.

My daughters and I enjoy our stay very much. The condo was clean. Elevator stopped for about 5 minutes while we were on it. The views from the balcony are fabulous. Me and my daughter needed a break from New York and decided to get away for a little while. Ended up staying for 2 months. The apartment was better than I expected. Clean, well stocked with everything that we needed, conveniently located, and is basically across the street from the most beautiful beach. It quickly felt like home and a place that we did not want to leave. The management company was attentive, always available and extremely helpful. I highly recommend it and hope to have the opportunity to come back.

Our family went to Miramar Beach for the first time, and our week was wonderful. The room was so nice. Even with it being one street away from the beach, we had great views of the beach and bay from our room. We cant wait to go back!

Perfect location and perfect view. The only major problem that we had was the AC broke and would not get lower than 80 degrees. We had to call someone to come out and fix it.
