Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Aquavista is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico just steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of Panama City Beach. With only two eight-story towers and just a short walk to grocery, drugstores, and many other shopping areas, this resort is very popular for its low-density beaches and convenience!

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site. This is a beautiful location! The condo seemed older but it is obviously taken care of very well. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the walk to the beach was easy and convenient, and the view was amazing! I felt right at home! Hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful every time I contacted them. I would definitely stay here again!

Great value and comfortable stay for our family. The place is a little dated but was clean and as described. They did not provide the gate code before we arrived, but they responded to my email with code within a few minutes. Very happy with their responsiveness and the beach chairs and umbrella provided were wonderful to have.

We had never used any type of Airbnb for anything before but with three kids we knew we needed something spacious! It was super easy to find and close to everything we absolutely adored waking up and going on the balcony to watch the waves each morning! Everything was stalked very well and there was nothing wrong with the condo at all! The only thing I would even say would be the communication wasn't the best it tookhours for someone to message back and I had to ask the sweet cleaning lady for gate codes and the code to get into the parking garage. But other then that it was such a peaceful place to stay with out big family and our youngest loved the sand toys that were provided! We will stay here again and I would highly recommend family with small kids and teenagers that it was wonderful! Fun for all ages and close to everything.

We had a wonderful time at this AirBnb. The view was absolute exquisite— stunning views of the ocean right from the living area, with a spacious balcony. The beach was much quieter than the rest of the PCB strip, but it was less than 10 minutes to the pier and bustling night life. The restaurants were delicious and everything felt very family friendly. We even had the pool to ourselves each morning! The bathrooms and kitchen in the condo were quite dated, but all worked well and had everything we needed. The only thing missing would have been a spatula for the kitchen. Altogether a very relaxing stay; we felt right at home and would definitely visit again.
