Aquavista 404W is a 2 bed, 2 bath condo located directly on the Gulf only steps away from the beautiful sugar white sands and emerald waters of Panama City Beach. The living and dining areas boast floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning gulf views, and the kitchen features granite countertops. Sleeping arrangements include a king master bedroom, a guest bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this unit to sleep up to 7 guests comfortably. Free seasonal beach service is included for your convenience as well as additional umbrellas and chairs. Aquavista is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico just steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters of Panama City Beach. With only two eight-story towers and just a short walk to grocery, drugstores, and many other shopping areas, this resort is very popular for its low-density beaches and convenience!

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic size pool and a Kid's Splash Pool. The nearby Aaron Bessant Park hosts a Summer Concert Series!

It was very nice! The condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed The refrigerator leaked from the freezer into the refrigerator and the door would not stay closed, my husband had to take part of it out to keep it closed

The location to the beach was amazing!! We loved that it was private and not busy. Parking was great and private. We would stay here again. Some things were broken like the blinds. And the hallway light stayed on all the time and was directly by the bedroom window.

This condo had breathe taking views. Big patio overlooking the white sands and a spectacular kitchen view while cooking up breakfast, brewing your morning coffee, or simply doing some dishes. If only I could have this view, doing the dishes at home. 😍 Me and my boyfriend would highly recommend choosing this place when staying at PCB. Very spacious for a family or traveling with friends. Plenty big for 2 big super happy we booked.
