Our stay was actually amazing. The only issue we had was not knowing the code to raise the arm for the parking garage. I sent a text and within minutes had the code. We stayed in 404E and it’s great! Incredibly clean and had everything that we needed. I’ll definitely book here again.

Aquavista is our go to condo choice when visiting PCB. This particular unit ranks high on our list of our stays. My fiancé and I joke that we have stayed in every unit at this location, which might not be far off. The rental company, RealJoy, provides great communication and cleanliness. Both rentals we have rented from that particular company have been top notch. We would rent this place again.

We have been coming to PCB for 20 years. Aquavista is the best location we have stayed! Away from the craziness of Thomas Drive area. It is a low rise so short wait for elevators and parking a breeze! Winn Dixie, Sand Bar seafood restaurant and Muy Wayne Os Tex Mex restaurant within walking distance. Pier Park short drive. Condo was perfect for our family of four adults but can sleep six. Beautiful Gulf view and property manager friendly and helpful. Can rent beach chairs and umbrellas just outside the condos. We will definitely return again!

We always love it. We have been coming there for at least 20 yrs. That was the first visit to that room. It was great. I would suggest that they look over the kitchen utensils. There needed to have, culander, there was no can opener. More essentials for cooking. There was a problem with Internet and bath shower draining but the maintenance was quick to come and accommodate us. Loved coming there and hope to return next year again. Good visit.?

The condo was great! Great location, easy to find, near a lot. The description was ver accurate as well. We had one issue with the door plate coming off when the door opened and closed, but maintenance was sent up within 24 hours to fix it. One thing to note, the gate codes for the beach and garage were never provided to us, and we had to ask the other condo renters what it was. They were very helpful and after we got the codes we had no other issues.

Beautiful with a beachfront view. Loved how spacious it was. The only downside was the elevator stopped working and we were on floor 4. Also, there was some construction right outside of the room which could be heard inside at times. We loved the easy access to the beach and the clean restrooms by the pool.

Excellent condo. Aqua Vista condos are in an excellent location right on the beach. Mid-rise, so not super crowded.
The condo was clean and well equipped with a great beach/vacation vibe. Fun beach themed decor and not cluttered.
Only minor issue was hot water in kitchen did not get too hot, but was not a problem in the bathrooms. Very roomy master shower.
There is currently renovation at the complex, but is on the backside near the street and did not affect our beach view or ability to hear the ocean. Only caused a little difficulty with parking during the day.
Definitely would rent this condo again as it is lovely, well equipped and the communication w/RealJoy was very prompt and relevant.

it was exactly like the photos. the parking and location were great. the beach wasn’t as full as other areas as you look down the beach front. it’s beautiful. staff was quick to respond. the constant emails and text were annoying but helpful I guess. sometimes they came two at a time w the same info it was overwhelming thinking I missed something. lol I had a hard time remembering the codes to everything lol but of course you have to have those so that’s just part of it! :) we had a amazing time!!! this place is beautiful!

I loved the closeness to the beach. I knew the condo had some age on it before I rented so I expected some issues, like old elevators, (only one worked) balcony doors hard to open, etc... but overall it was a very roomy condo for the five of us. It had a musty smell to it when we first arrived which I didn't know if it was because it had been closed up and not rented lately or the cleaning crew. The dishwasher did not work well... had to wash some of the dishes after they ran through the cycle. The main complaint I have is no grills on the premises. It would have been nice to have some. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

We really like staying in Aquavista, Panama City Beach, Room 404 E. The room we had was very outdated. The master bed closet was cluttered with owners linen, that smelled like pee. Pull out couch mattress needs to be replaced. The metal springs in mattress were terrible. Not usable. I also do not like we pay for 7 days, but in reality you pay for two days that you dont get to enjoy . We could not check in till 4:00 pm on day of arrival and you check out at 10:00 am day of departure. I will make sure next time I book a VRBO, that I am actually dealing with the main owner and not a company that rent the condos for the owners.

Sally, we love that you really liked staying at Aquavista in Panama City Beach. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by not being able to check-in sooner or check-out later than was desired. Housekeeping and inspectors must be able to properly clean and inspect units before other guests arrive. Great for a beach vacation!

We booked very last minute to have a weekend trip over Father’s Day weekend and the booking was very fast and efficient and also very easy to understand. I like when all the requirements are spelled out for you. RealJoy keeps you updated up to and throughout your stay. We liked that the building is shorter not a big high rise which made the beach a lot less crowded. We also liked that the parking was right up to the beach access so we were able to keep all of beach stuff in the truck and not have to lug it upstairs. The elevators were clean and efficient and had hand sanitizer! I can’t review the pool because we didn’t go we stayed on the beach the entire time. My 2 year old loved the cushioned lounge chairs on the balcony, if we were not on the beach he stayed on the chairs playing. Can’t say enough good things about this unit!
