Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

**Aquavista allows up to two parking space per unit. Parking permits MUST be applied for in advance of the stay at www.aquavistapcb.org. Only one parking space per unit during July 1st - July 10th.**

Aquavista W304 is located directly on the Gulf just steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of Panama City Beach. This beautiful two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The kitchen features granite countertops and the living and dining area have floor to ceiling windows for stunning views of the Gulf. This third floor balcony is perfect for enjoying your favorite beverage while sitting and enjoying the views of the Gulf! Aquavista W304 is sure to be a favorite!

Aquavista is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico just steps away from the beautiful sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of Panama City Beach. With only two eight-story towers and just a short walk to grocery, drugstores, and many other shopping areas, this resort is very popular for its low density beaches and convenience!

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Had a great stay. Amazing views from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. Unfortunately hot tub was closed for repairs during our stay but pool water was warm and comfortable. Shopping, restaurants are within walking distance.

Clean with great location

We have stayed in PCB multiple times and always choose the Aquavista building. This particular condo with the building stands out as it was extremely clean. No leftover sand throughout the condo or dingy smell. The condo is in a great location as you can simply and safely walk across the street to a grocery store and it’s only a mile from Pier Park. It is also in a low rise building and on the quieter end of PCB so the beach is a lot less crowded. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay here. The place was a little small this time with 6 people, 2 adults and 4 teenagers compared to two years ago when we only came with 3 kids who were smaller. The unit is not updated and very basic, and you can find nicer places through same company for similar price. However, we enjoyed our days, the location, and the views. The biggest plus is the grocery store right across the street. You don’t have to drive anywhere your whole trip (which is great because traffic is terrible)so many great things that are within a mile walk. Sleeping wasn’t that great due to bedroom window coverings let in too much light and loud traffic. We had a wonderful time but wouldn’t book this exact unit again.

View to die for!

Our family had a great stay! Clean unit, we used the pullout couch and it was comfortable. AC worked great- we would turn it down during the day and up a little at night becausd it cooled so well. Nice floor plan- we enjoyed the gulf view in the living room, dining room, and the balcony! Would stay in this unit again for sure!!

The condo was in an excellent location, it was easy to get in and out of the parking location, easy to retrieve an elevator, and the beach wasn’t too crowded either. Also, there’s a grocery store and CVS across the street if you happen to forget to pack something. Highly recommend!

Coastal Beauty at its best

Condo and location exactly as described in listing. Balcony view was breathtaking. Nice and quiet throughout our stay. All neighbors were respectful of each other. Only suggestion would be a larger coffee pot as one provided was size of a motel. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Great condo with a great view!

Room was awesome and updated. Right on the beach with great view of ocean and dolphins. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfy. Having a washer and dryer was great! Loved that this condo only had 8 floors so your not super high up. Parking area on site was great! You can park under the condo on ground level for covered parking or on the outside edge of condo for larger vehicles or vehicles with rooftop carriers like us. Pool and hot tub were small but nice and clean.We never saw or came across any staff but the condo owners we met were friendly. The reason I gave a 9 for the review was due to the wifi issue never being resolved and never having any wifi during the entire stay. Only stair access to the beach. There was no ramp.Wifi would not work. Made 2 phone calls about the wifi but no one came to repair it.

Great Stay!

Great location and flawless stay! RealJoy was exceptional to work with and communication exceeded our expectations. Condo is spacious, view is beautiful and building was not packed (didn’t have to wait for elevators) The only thing that could use improvement are the toilets (I know it sounds crazy) They are really small... like kid toilets in family restrooms small.... Overall 5 STARS and Vacay 2020 a success!!!

Wonderful family rental

My little family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this Aquavista condo! Check-in was a breeze, as the door code was sent directly to my via text the day of check-in. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. We also loved that it was a private beach and therefore was not crowded at all. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place to stay! Clean and modern

Was easy to check in - the condo compound was nice-clean and modern. Was a little confused about how to get to the pool and the beach at first (which gates to use and the layout of the facility) but after asking other guests, it was very convenient. It was quiet and located close to Pier Park and other stroes. We would definatley go back
