Located in Villas of Frangista, Aqua Vida is a 4BR, 4BA beautifully furnished house complete with a brand NEW kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops with a large island, stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile bathrooms and parking for up to 3 vehicles! The queen master suite has a private sitting area and en suite bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. Additionally, there is a guest room with a queen bed, a guest room with 2 twin beds, a bunk room with twin over full bunks, and the living room has a sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 10 guests comfortably! The beach access is approx 1000 yards, and the community pool is a couple of blocks away. Come have the vacation of a lifetime at Aqua Vida!
The Villas of Frangista is a quiet, gated community with cobble stone streets, a community pool and some small ponds for the kids to fish in. Located in the heart of Miramar Beach, this community is just minutes from the sugar white sands, close to favorite local restaurants, and nearby some of the best shopping in the area. This lovely neighborhood is practically next door to the Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Wander down the beach to the Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the lovely community pool, or catch some rays on the sugar white beaches.
*Max 3 vehicles allowed in the driveway. To maintain a beautiful neighborhood for all to enjoy, the HOA requires the following from all residents and renters: NO RV’s, buses, trailers, jet skis, boats, motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles, or go-carts are permitted in this subdivision. Parking is permitted for passenger vehicles only, in the driveway or in the garage. No parking allowed on the grass or yard. Parking on the street is not allowed whatsoever in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. No overflow parking is available in this neighborhood. Vehicle owners will be responsible for towing fees and HOA fines associated with exceeding the maximum number of vehicles allotted or defiance of policies.

Aqua Vida is located about 2 miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Centers and is convenient to both the action in Destin and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible eateries, upscale shopping and a park with pop up fountains at its center.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. For the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Fall Break
The house was perfect just as described in the listing. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes which was nice. They provided several extra chairs and a wagon for your beach items. Summer 2023
The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. The house was in a great location. It was less than a mile away from the beach, and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Overall, the house was very family and child friendly. Great house and excellent responsiveness from the managing team. Something went awry the day of checking (one internal door handle was not working) and they were able to solve it in a timely manner.
The house in terms of space and amenities was perfect. The pool area is a little boring (there were no interesting features in the pool area).
The beach is 15 minutes walk (instead of 10). However, if you plan to rent anywhere in this area you need beach access (like the one provided here), otherwise, the beach will be very far. I am glad they offered beach access (and chair service) but the access is not at the closest (possible) entrance to the beach. We had smaller kids traveling with us and the difference between 10 and 15 minutes of walking is considerable.

Great Family Stay
The Aqua Vida house has a modern kitchen. Dining area and table are spacious. We also enjoyed the covered porches. Bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is useful for families or two couples. Trees around the house create a nice setting. Beach is a 10-12 minute walk. Wagon provided makes it easy to carry items. Community pool is also nice. A few shops and restaurants are 8-15 minutes walk, depending on store. Groceries are close driving. We loved the Aqua Vida house.- Posted: 6/2/2023

This place was exactly what we thought. It was clean, well organized, each room had a bathroom which was so convenient. The location was perfect also. Close to pretty much everything. The beach was only a few blocks away. Communication was great. When we arrived we put some things in the fridge and it wasn’t cooling too well. But when we called we were told to give it until the morning since it had so much in at once and it did work perfect after this. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. Property is beautiful and as pictured. Very nice community. Parking for Two vehicles comfortably for any size SUV Not 3 and you can’t park in garage or street. Easy walk to beach about 5 to 7 minutes. Beach access has stairs so pulling beach carts extremely difficult. A bit of Paradise
Overall the house was as advertised. It was very clean which is a priority for us - so thank you. Please don’t let the following issues infer we didn’t like the house we did! It is beautiful, close walk to beach. It is a very nice home! Two issues: please advise that the steps are quite steep. We had a disabled person and the stairs were difficult to manage. Even the kids complained about the steepness. Next every door in the house needs oiled. You could not open a door at night without waking others! This is easily fixed. My family really enjoyed this house it was perfect and it was full of things that I would have needed at home. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware for us to use. Every room had its own bathroom and the rooms where spacious. I absolutely loved the master bedroom with a soaker tub and walk in shower. Beautiful House!
We absolutely loved staying at this house! They supplied a wagon and beach toys, chairs etc for the kids to enjoy. Great neighborhood and in walking distance to the beach. There are TVs in all bedrooms and the house was extremely clean! We will be staying here again!- Posted: 6/21/2020
