The property was great and the location was perfect. The property exceeded our expectations and the view was spectacular. The amenities of the building were fantastic.
It was easy walking to shoppes and restaurants. We cannot wait to return

Amazing property with great benefits! Our room in particular was very spacious and perfectly slept 6 adults! The floors were pretty dirty so I do suggest wearing shoes while walking around the condo.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here during our ftk vacation. The majority of our stay was spent inside due to the fact that it so hot out but RealJoy made the inside stay fun and memorable, they supplied us with games which helped take our mind off of the heat outside, then we enjoyed the nice breeze that flowed through our beautiful balcony at night where we enjoyed a few meals. Renting this beautiful condo will not be a mistake the rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfy, everyone had their own balconies in their rooms which was amazing, they had their own bathrooms as well. This place is Top of the line Gorgeous and the RealJoy staff were super nice and helpful. My family and I will be Renting from this company again and again.

Beautiful condo! We typically stay at a different resort but due to the number of people in our party we went with the Aqua and it did not disappoint! We did have minor trouble the first night with parking as the parking lot was completely full. However I contacted RealJoy and they were more than happy to comp our paid parking if it came to that which it thankfully did not! Stayed on the 4th floor which was a beautiful view of the beach! Our condo was clean and spacious, we stayed for the week and it really felt like our home away from home! We had plenty of items to cook breakfast and some dinners kitchen items provided! Our stay was 5/5 and we will be more likely to stay at this resort again, but also book our next vacation with realjoy!

I had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront Airbnb. The balcony offered stunning views of the ocean, and the main living area also had a spectacular view. We loved spending time by the well-maintained pool and on the beach, where comfortable chairs and umbrellas made it easy to relax. Overall, a perfect, peaceful getaway! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The views were amazing, especially since we had different views with multiple the balconies. There was plenty of space for the four of us and I appreciated the updated kitchen appliances. Being on the fourth floor provided quick access to the amenities downstairs and the parking garage access on the 3rd floor. The few times I had questions, the host was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo and the views were amazing! Loved the furniture and decor, everything was very clean. The management team were extremely helpful and responded quickly. We were there for a 60th birthday ladies trip and the birthday girl was welcomed with a bottle of wine and birthday card, so sweet! This condo was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We had a fantastic day at Aqua unit 401. RealJoy was easy to work with and very responsive and even checked in on a several times during our stay. We had a terrific stay at Aqua 401 that we booked with RealJoy. We received all of the information we needed in advance, during and after our stay. They communicated everything seamlessly and responded quickly to any questions. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Aqua is our favorite place to stay in PCB due to the great location near shopping and restaurants. This was not our first stay and it will not be our last. We would not hesitate booking with RealJoy, they were professional and made everything so easy for us.

we truely enjoyed this stay! the condo was perfect. everything within walking distance. 10 min walk to peir park. and lots of restaurants. the unit has beach toys and umbrellas and depending on what floor your on its not so bad to get down to the water. we were on 4 so it was great. not 10 min. the room was gorgeous! so clean and crisp everything you need.. this was one of our best vacations yet!!

This place was BEAUTIFUL and super clean. It does get little noises since nearly the street. Would stay here again in the future! Did get the gate code and had to call security but they were super rude and actually hung up on me. Other than that they stay was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was beautiful and clean. It was very spacious and each room had a balcony. The only negatives i would say about this condo was that it was lacking some kitchen utensils. So i would recommend bringing some plastic forks as there were only 5. Also, this condo it across the street from schucums which is what we wanted. However, keep in mind the 2 guest bedrooms are facing shucums and if you are easily kept awake you would not want to stay here because of the music. It didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great place to stay, love the condo, very nice and convenient to the beach and to the restaurants around. The only down side is there are very noisy airplanes. We did not hear them on Thursday but Monday to Wednesday there were passing by many times. Other than that, the property is fantastic!

This is a gorgeous condo! The square footage is Awesome. Plenty of room to spread out. Beds are very comfortable. The view is awesome. Location is perfect. Close to everything! Floor to ceiling windows in master suite. Every bedroom has a balcony. The main balcony is huge with quality and comfortable furniture. Overall Excellent! Needs More comfortable furniture in the main family room. The two chairs are not comfortable. Plus… the furniture in the condo do not match the pic on booking. I booked this condo because it had a recliner. One adult on the trip requires a recliner for medical reasons. When we arrived condo has different furniture than shown. Needs updating. This is a 3 bedroom Condo and should have better quality and comfortable seating to accommodate this size condo.

We loved our condo that RealJoy provided us for the week. It was very private and so extremely clean. Not one bit of sand anywhere!
The space was incredible. All the rooms were nicely sized and the furniture was so comfortable. The patio was amazing to start your morning sitting out there with a cup of coffee while watching the beach waves. So peaceful.
The host was so friendly and did awesome communicating with us. Their response was also very quick. I can’t say enough beautiful things about this condo and the host. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved the condo, the natural light and views were incredible. Everything was clean. We had everything we needed for our family. The only issue I had was we did not know the main pool was closed. We were still able to enjoy the small pool, inside pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back! Great location, not far from Pier Park.

The location was wonderful and close to area attractions. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had. There were clear instructions on checking in and out and parking. The only down side to our week stay was they were testing fire alarms, but to be fair they did communicate this before our arrival. I would definitely return with my family!
