Aqua Resort 2103

Aqua Resort 2103 was a beautiful place. It was spacious enough that 7 of us didn't continue to get in each others way! We have only a few minor complaints, nothing that would keep us from renting again. For the first day or two, we kept finding dishes on the shelf that were already dirty and had to be washed again before we could use them. There is also nothing to scrub dishes with so we always had to use a rag. I understand they only stock basic "necessities" but I would think a sponge or scrubber would be something to keep on hand for people. The biggest concern is the extremely stained and dirty couch. The couch itself is stained and they put a big cover/blanket over it. No big deal - but the cover itself is very dirty and needed washing/replaced. Other than those few issues, the place was great. I think with a bit of cleaning it would be spectacular. The views were some of the best we've had over the years and we would stay again if we need this big of a place again!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect beachfront property for our Florida vacation. It offered breathtaking views of the beach and sunsets. My friends and I booked this trip looking for a condo that was beachfront, had enough rooms for us and was clean. This property fit all of the boxes. The owner also checked in on us several times asking if there was anything that was needed. The only complaint that I had for the stay was that the beds were a little stiff, but other than that it was excellent.

Beautiful view and very quiet for a beachfront condo. Unit is convenient to the elevator but not so close you hear people. Elevators are quick. We visited in the peak of summer and never waited more than a few minutes for an elevator. The lobby was closed the entire stay, so finding things was a bit confusing until we explored the resort. Beach chair rental is contracted through one company so unless you bring your own, you have to rent through them. Wifi was great. Master bedroom shower definitely needs updating but the other 2 are great. Overall great stay

All was as pictured and the customer service was amazing. Had some problems with parking apparently there is some glitch in the system but it was very quickly taken care of by security. He even met me in person at the kiosk to make sure everything went ok for me. Chairs and umbrellas in the condo we're a very pleasant surprise.

It is a great location with many things in walking distance, if you can tolerate the heat. Getting out to drive was a little challenging, as traffic would get backed up. The amenities offered were great, the pool nor the beach was ever overly packed. We only had 2 minor issues that were immediately resolved. Real Joy is very responsive in an amazing timely manner! I would definitely stay here again with my family. There were 6 adults and one infant on this trip.

This bar far was the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The pictures of the place are beautiful, but not compared to when you walk inside. It is a lot bigger in person. Great view of the ocean as well. Very clean, and we’re provided with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Took a girls trip and it worked out really well. Great weekend and great weather. Beautiful views from the 21st floor even in the rain. Only regret was that the jazz festival wasnt until the next weekend. But we will definitely be coming back!
