Great Location and a few steps from the private beach! Perfect house for a family and comfy beds. The house was very clean and had plenty room to hang. The whole process from check in to check out was great. The house comes with 4 bikes and is an easy short ride to coffee shops , restaurants ,and shops Close to the 30 A Inlet Beach Center Lots of good places to eat. Shout out to Jay’s Beach Chair rental definitely use him.

Very nice house located close to beach. Loved the easy access & the beach was not as crowded as other 30A beaches which was great! The 15-minute walk to Rosemary was a bit longer than I expected, but it was a beautiful walk. If you’re looking for a nice, clean house with easy access to the beach this is it!

This was an incredible vacation home. Our family of 11 had a great time and the area was so quiet and the beach is literally around the corner. There was plenty of soap, shampoo, trash bags, etc to get started which made our check-in incredibly easy. I am so grateful to have found this place and we hope to come back!

Beautiful Airbnb!! The home is in walking distance to a private beach and is a short drive over to Rosemary Beach. Extremely happy with our decision to stay here! Our only complaint would be that the house did lack necessities as mentioned in other reviews. We brought extra paper towels and trash bags but did not think about toilet paper. The rolls are small and the host did not leave any back ups in the home so we had to purchase a small 4 pack on our last day. However, we still highly recommend!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood feel with easy access to the beach and community pool. Quick bike ride to seaside. Our teenage daughter and friends utilized the upstairs area with TV and couches while the rest of the family was in the main living space (TV/kitchen)... The main area was big enough for our seven guests, but nice to have separate living areas. I would highly recommend this house to others.

This was a wonderful house for a ladies getaway trip. The house was easy to find, a quick drive from the airport, pristine clean, had 3 parking spots, plenty of space, airy and bright, and best of all, a very short easy walk to the beach. The beach was low-key and peaceful, with plenty of space to spread out without being on top of other beachgoers. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and calm. We loved that bikes were provided and this house was very easy to bike to the Rosemary Beach town square for shopping, eating, farmers market.
We would have loved if beach towels were provided, but everything else was awesome. Thank you!

This was a great place for our group of 8. The proximity to the beach is great and the private access meant no crowds like the rest of the beach. The bikes were so nice to have and the ride to town is a safe five minute trip. This community is beautiful. Very quiet and we felt safe- all new luxury homes. Publix (and really everything you could need) is five minutes away. The beds were comfortable and the master had a closet large enough to fit a travel bed for our toddler. The AC kept us very cool even in the 100+ august temps. Based on previous reviews we did bring extra trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap which we used all of our own. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!

Loved our house. Perfect for 9 people. Only thing that would have been nice would be 6 bikes instead of 4, beach towels provided and basic spices for the kitchen. Other than salt and pepper. Will book same or similar property again.

This is a great house to stay. It had room for all of our cars and a golf cart. We had 3 families and had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the easy beach access. The house was very nice, and we had no Issues our entire stay. Definitely would recommend this property.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home for my birthday! Appreciated the amount and quality of dishes and glassware, the comfy beds, the wi-fi connection, and of course mainly the location!!! So nice to be so close to the beach and have the private beach access. small things that could’ve made it even better was additional trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, and toilet paper (I ended up buying additional of all of these).

Gorgeous home, amazing artwork, spacious, comfortable, bright, awesome AC, well appointed, safe, and location was perfect. It is right at the beginning of 30A so you do not have the packed beaches down the road! We very much loved the home and location. The whole house had hardwoods too which is a huge plus. Everything was perfect and it even had a little pool next to it. Awesome everything and we highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious house that was perfect for our family vacation! Quick walk to a gorgeous private beach. We also loved riding around the neighborhoods on the bikes available. The patio is great too for a night of grillin and chillin. There is a lot of construction in the area that you have to navigate around, but it didn’t bother us. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely my favorite stay in Florida. The house was so clean and full of all kitchen items needed. Everything was super organized and easily accessible. The mattresses were wonderful. I always love to walk on the beach in the morning , but the location and 4 bikes provided enticed me to do a daily family morning bike ride through the Inlet neighborhood to Rosemary for crepes and coffee. The outdoor patio had fun lights and was so much nicer than in the photos. The outdoor space is very inviting. The beach was so close- just steps away. Beautiful property….

We loved our stay at this property. The proximity to the beach was so convenient. You just just walk out the front door and turn left and you see the boardwalk. We also loved being right next to the community pool. Having a 3 year old daughter it was nice being able to quickly run her inside the house for potty breaks :) The house was equipped with plenty of cooking utensils. We enjoyed spending time under the string lights on the back patio. The colorful hooks were perfect for hanging wet towels and swim suits. We enjoyed having access to the beach chairs as that saved us a lot of money.

This property is literally a stone’s throw from the beach. The house is beautiful. We had two concerns. The first is that the check in was delayed due to cleaning. Not a problem in the COVID era but the cleaning was ok at best- hair in the showers. Not what you want to see when you spend several thousand dollars. I know how to clean so not a problem. The house has a great partial view of the gulf from the 3rd floor. It was very nice having the use of bikes and beach chairs.

Overall our stay was good. The house was great, spacious, clean, nice inside, and the location couldn't be better. The only problem we had with our stay was the lack of communication from the rental company due to COVID-19. I recognize that they were in a difficult position as well, but they were not easy to work with. The travel ban restricted us from going, so since we legally were not allowed to go, we asked for a refund (we waited until the week before our trip to request this). They told us no and that we would have to wait to see if the ban was continued through the stay of our trip. We were not informed until 36 hours before our check in that the travel ban lifted and therefore we would not be given a refund. We had to decide 24 hours before our check in to forfeit our money or drive (our flights were already canceled weeks before). Overall, it was a difficult time for everyone and Real Joy did not make it easy to work through it.
