Just Beachy in Alerio is a 2BR/2BA condo located in the heart of Miramar Beach. This upscale, gated complex features a seasonally heated community pool, hot tub, and private beach access right across the street! This elegant condo offers guests multiple flat-screen TVs, a washer/dryer, a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a private balcony! The king master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. There's also a twin-over-full bunk bed in the guest room, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Built in 2015, Alerio is a new complex located in the heart of Miramar beach. Featuring a community pool with waterfall feature (seasonally heated), hot tub with a waterfall feature, grilling area, dancing fountains, and private beach access right across the street, and also an easy walk to Surf Hurt and Cabana Café. In addition to some of the area’s finest beaches, this complex is located under a mile from Silver Sands Outlets. For live music, fireworks and delicious food in the evening, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just 3 miles away. Alerio is the perfect choice for your next vacation!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The listing did not mention an elevator is available, we really liked that it did since we were on the 4th floor. It was a very nice location, just wish they had more parking available.

Perfect Spit

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! It is close enough to the beach that it was a short walk with easy access which was perfect.
This listing was accurate in their description of amenities provided and the place was clean, cute, and comfortable. As an FYI, you are able to hear kids running down the hallway outside of the place which might be bothersome to some people.
We would absolutely stay at this location again in the future and recommend it to others as well!

Great location, great unit

We go to Miramar every year in June. This year we decided to go over fall break. This unit hit all of our boxes. Walking distance to the beach, pool (although very small), washer/dryer, bunk beds, hardwood floors, and most important clean and tastefully decorated. We knew the view wasn’t going to be great going into it but for a last min trip it was fine. My only complaint would be there was no beach chairs or hair dryer. Every place we’ve ever stayed in Miramar had those two basic things. I had to go to cvs and buy a small hair dryer. My fault for assuming they would have one. Other than that, we had a great trip!

It would be the decision of the owner to provide beach service as a perk or chairs and an umbrella for guests to use. A hairdryer is listed as an available amenity. The condo was great! Very clean, and very modern. The master bathroom shower did not seal so water would be on the floor when you stepped out but other than that, no complaints!

My family and I took our first trip to since the pandemic hit and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The place was clean, spacious enough for our two kids to run around, pretty quiet and a close walk to the beach. The only thing is the pool is way smaller than it appears on the pictures provided and the splash pad wasn’t on the whole time but we also went during a rainy weekend. Nonetheless, we had an amazing time and would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Amazing place to stay!

We were very pleased with the property! It was just as pictured - very clean and felt brand new. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes for when we cooked breakfast and lunch. It was an easy walk across the road to the beach. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. We did go to the hot tub; it was nice but the jets were not working so that was a little let down. I highly recommend this location. It’s very convenient to restaurants, spas, and grocery stores. Loved it!
