Alerio D201 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condo located in the heart of Miramar Beach and just steps from sugar white sands! This condo features multiple TVs, a washer/dryer, a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a private balcony! With a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room, and a twin over twin bunk bed and queen bed in the 2nd guest room, this lovely condo sleeps a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. With luxurious accommodations, like the community pool, hot tub, and private beach access right across the street, Alerio D201 is sure to please. In addition to some of the finest beaches, this complex is located close to shopping centers, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and Destin Commons. Alerio is a new complex featuring a community pool with a waterfall feature (seasonally heated), a hot tub with a waterfall feature, a grilling area, dancing fountains, and private beach access right across the street, and also an easy walk to Surf Hurt and Cabana Café. In addition to some of the area’s finest beaches, this complex is located under a mile from Silver Sands Outlets. For live music, fireworks, and delicious food in the evening, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just 3 miles away. Alerio is the perfect choice for your next vacation!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Exceptional

I like that I could text them with problems. They were quick to respond and fix the issues. I’ve never experienced that with any condos I’ve dealt with. The window units were not in the pictures so I wasn’t expecting those Only having 1 park for a party of 8 people and paying over $100 for each vehicle to be somewhere else is crazy

This room was by far one of our favorites! Extremely spacious! Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach! Lots of restaurants along the way! Shopping mall a few minutes away! Catholic Church was two blocks away! Only downfall was the parking situation. We had two vehicles and they only give room for one. But it wasn’t that big of a deal breaker! It did get a little hot in the condo but they had portable units for every room which were a HUGE help for cooling off the whole condo! Can’t wait to go back!!!!!

It was the perfect location for our trip and enjoyed our time there.

Beds were comfy. Easy access and carts for taking things up and down. Nice fridge with ice maker. Short walk to beach. The pool and hot tub were great with covered area to be under out of the sun and nice bathrooms by the pool. Wish the pool opened earlier than 10am.

I really enjoyed my stay at this beach condo. It was right across the road from the beach, but the walk was super easy and quick — definitely not a dealbreaker! The condo was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved how peaceful it felt, and the location made it easy to enjoy the beach without being in the middle of heavy crowds. The host was great and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Great location and gorgeous accommodations! We had a wonderful stay. The beach is a short walk (3 minutes) from the property and several restaurants are within walking distance. The property was well maintained and quiet. Please note that there is only one car allowed to park on the premises per unit. We had to work around this by paying for parking at a nearby RV lot for the other vehicle but definitely not a game changer. Communication was clear and we were even allowed to add an extra night and check-in early when we had to leave before originally expected due to hazardous weather conditions. We arrived in the middle of the night so we had some issues getting the gate code but the toll free number we called had a very helpful staff member that got everything worked out for us. It’s a beautiful area and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!
