Pretty much everything I do wish there was more swimming space and hot tub space

Everything was fantastic about our stay except for a few things I’ll get to in a minute… Everything was clean and smelled fresh, very spacious, updated with new-ish appliances, partial ocean view from balcony, ceiling fans in all rooms and AC blows snowballs. huge master bathroom/shower/tub. Nice pool and hot tub. Really short walk across the street to the beach access stairs. Had kids sand toys and beach chairs to borrow in the condo available to use. Plenty of cups, plates, bowls, silverware, pots/pans, cooking utensils etc. The few complaints- There is sand embedded in the mattresses, we had sandy sheets before we had even been to the beach and no matter how much we wiped them off the sand would come right back thru the sheets from the mattress. The dryer hardy works. It would take running 3-4x before dry. The parking situation for anyone traveling with multiple families/cars is very inconvenient. We stayed 7 days and had to pay an RV lot around the corner 30 a day to park our 2nd vehicle. A few times we came out and someone was in our 1 parking spot and had to get security to move them. Need curtains in bedrooms, it’s impossible to sleep-in with how bright the rooms are in the morning. Door is hard to lock behind you, adding “how to” directions into the email sent out with door & gate codes would be helpful to your guests. Walls fairly thin, the people above us were loud stomping at all hours. None of these things will keep us from returning, we had a fantastic time!!!

I’m sorry for the issues you experienced — sandy mattresses, the slow dryer, parking difficulties, bright bedrooms, the door lock, and noise from above. Housekeeping has been notified about the mattresses and linen checks, and maintenance will inspect the dryer and lock. We’re also updating our pre-arrival instructions with clearer door/gate directions, evaluating blackout curtains for the bedrooms, and working with building management on parking and noise concerns. The location was so convenient, a few minutes walk across the street from the beach. The heated pool was a wonderful surprise! The staff of RealJoy were professional, prompt with requests and handled all our arrangements with ease for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Only one parking space was difficult but the arrangement with the RV park was convenient.

The location is very safe, kept up very well, and very close to the beach. I felt comfortable with the kids walking and being able to exist without any trouble. The only stressful bits were having one parking spot on a family vacation and no clear instructions on what part of the beach we’re supposed to be on, and how to lock the door. The experience was worth it, and I don’t have any regrets booking with real joy. Just maybe more parking spots.

The location was ideal for what we wanted and needed. The location was very secure and really felt safe here Just one parking spot, and I would leave and got back someone was in my parking spot so I couldn’t park. I didn’t like this at all because they didn’t have a parking pass

Everything is good, close to beach, easy to communicate, clean .just have little problems with some items but not effected to staying. It just have little noise if you there’s baby right next to you condo.

We had a great time in Miramar! This host was great. The place was exactly what they described and it was like a 2 min walk straight to the beach. Condo was spacious, there were 7 of us and it never felt like more space was needed. RealJoy provided very specific and detailed instructions on how to find the place and a list of codes and such for our arrival. Would definitely stay again if available.
