Easy to communicate with owner/manager, very responsive. We loved the condo and it was in a great location! Gated entry with assigned parking space was nice. Beach access was great. Walking distance to a few stores. Close to outlet mall, several local restaurants, and a grocery store without having to get out on the main road. Very impressed. Condo was super clean. Three bedrooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable. All linens were well stocked. Kitchen was well stocked also. Having a washer/dryer was great. Only problem we encountered was the bedroom/bathroom doors didn't latch/lock. Highly recommend! Would stay again!

Property is a very easy walk to the beach, just across the street to a public access point. Property also has an outdoor shower/foot wash for hosing down after the beach to try and minimize sand into the individual units, which is nice. If you're planning on cooking, basic utensils and cookware are provided but all food items will need to be supplied (salt, pepper, oil, flour, sugar, coffee, etc). This was clearly stated so I wasn't surprised, but just something to consider when you're grocery shopping! Only less than ideal piece was the water pressure was a bit low, so it took some scrubbing to get the residual sand off from the beach. Family had a great time and we would consider staying here again if we come back to this area!

The condo is very nice and spacious. It’s clean. It’s across the street from the beach, a short walk to get there. It’s gated condos with security which is nice in some ways but they do threaten to tow you if you don’t have the proper parking pass that’s filled out correctly. So that added some stress. You only get one parking spot and anyone else has to park elsewhere. The alternative lot is NOT very close to the condo. It is walkable but kind of far and no sidewalks to get there. Overall great location and stay though

This was an excellent condo for our family of 7. The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay. The beach is just a short walk away. There are many shopping and dining options near by. The pool and hot tub are great. We were expecting to use the splash pad for our 18 month old and found out after arrival that it is no longer in service. Owners were very responsive to questions We will definitely be back!

Great condo. Only issue was the digital lock had to be reset by maintenance. The condo was beautiful. The mattresses were a little too thin so rough on the back. Right across the street from the ocean and have a Winn Dixie and a beach shop within a half mile

We enjoyed the condo with its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious living area. Our young granddaughters were thrilled about the bunk beds! It was a very short walk to the beach and shopping for food and any other needs were close by. The price was reasonable for its size and location. We had a wonderful time!

Experience was great, beach was very very close. The splash pad didn’t work for a few days while we were there . The pool was fantastic! The only issue was only allowed one vehicle for 8 guests so had to pay 150 to park the car at another location for the week.

Could not have been more satisfied!! Everything was as it was supposed to be!! The unit was huge and even at max capacity, it felt like I would have room for company. All the staff on site were extremely friendly and helpful. The bedding was very clean and smelled great! Room was equipped with every gadget you need to have home cooked meals on our trip!! I have paid twice as much for a rental and thought it was good, until I stayed here!!! A lot for your money. Will make this my yearly stay!!!

We were there for my birthday and loved how close we were to the beach. Weather impacted the water so we were in the pool most of the time and it was great! Super clean and beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Check in was super easy with use of code. Walked in to a large entry hall with bedrooms on both sides and a hall/ guest bath. Further down the hall was an open floor plan featuring a beautiful kitchen, dining and living room. Off the living room was a spacious master with a well appointed master bath. There was a nice balcony off the living room. We didn’t have time to check out the pool area, but seemed nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property was nice and clean and plenty of room. Glass shower door in master was hanging up and sounded like it was going to break. View from balcony was ok at best. Access to be beach was nice and short. I liked the property security presence.. didn't like envelope asking for tips when I already paid a cleaning fee? A few grilling utensils would have been nice. But I would stay again.

Perfect stay for a family with children. Quick beach access and a nice pool!

Right across the street from the beach. Spacious condo. We had 2 adults and 5 kids, had pleasant sleeping situation. My 14year old son even said the pull out couch was comfortable. Only one parking space available, so one of us did have to park on the street. Close to lots of stuff, and even close enough to walk to some.

Our vacation was fantastic! We had one of the best and most relaxing stays I've ever had. For starter one of my best experiences here was the super clean pool and nice decor pool area. I also forgot that it has a balcony view that was amazingly refreshing in the mornings. When we was heading down was worried on the enter to the beach and if it was easy access. Come to find out on our arrival it was very simple and right across from this stay. Over all it was a great vacation and not a single complaint from us.

This amazingly new condo was an awesome experience for my family. Was also a great price for the nice condo and close restaurants. Shopping centers are not far of a walk, the beach access is super easy, and the pool at the condo was gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends or family members.

This was a visit to a part of Florida we had yet to experience. Our base of operations was this beautiful condo. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. We are good in the kitchen and this one was immaculate as was the rest of the place. We enjoyed the hot tub but cool November weather kept us out of the pool, so we roamed the lovely beach and explored the nearby coastal communities. What I found incredible, that one feels so removed from civilization so near the beach yet almost anything you could want to buy or service was very close by.

I must say that I love going on vacation and feeling like I'm on vacation. Stayed here over Labor Day weekend with my family and it was great. Gorgeous, new, and everything worked just like its supposed too. Management company made it easy by emailing directions and instructions for EVERYTHING and always made themselves available. Beaches were beautiful and CLEAN!! Will definitely be coming back to the Emerald Coast!

Loved this place! Very clean. Nice and modern furniture with everything we needed. The beds are really comfortable, including the sofa bed that has a memory foam mattress. Kids loved the bunk beds room and the adults loved the keurig coffee maker. 7 of us stayed there for a long weekend. Loved the pool and the stretch of beach right across the condo (you can actually see the clear water from the balcony!). Not overcrowded like other areas we visited. Very quiet location but short drive to night live, restaurants and such. The outlet mall is just up the street so that was an added bonus. Will definitely come again.
