Take a vacation to remember at Alerio A402, located in the fabulous Alerio Resort! This charming 3BR/2BA condo is located in the heart of Miramar Beach. Spend the day getting your dose of vitamin D with private access to the beach just across the street! This condo features multiple TVs, a washer/dryer, a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a balcony where you can breathe in that salty air. With a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room, a twin over double bunk bed with a trundle in the 2nd guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Alerio is a new complex featuring a community pool with a waterfall feature (seasonally heated), a hot tub with a waterfall feature, a grilling area, private beach access right across the street, and also an easy walk to Surf Hurt and Cabana Café. In addition to some of the area’s finest beaches, this complex is located under a mile from Silver Sands Outlets. For live music, fireworks, and delicious food in the evening, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just 3 miles away. Alerio is the perfect choice for your next vacation!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This property was so close to the beach a simple walk across a beach town street. Within walking distance was a beautiful beach front restaurant, a surf shop, and so much more. Great Location
Great place to stay, only issue was the first night we stayed elevator wasn’t working so had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. I contacted the rental group and it was fixed for the next night. Definitely would stay here again with its great location near the beach.- Reviewed On: 6/15/2024

Exceptional
The location was amazing. Loved the security that was offered. The condo was clean and offered beach chairs and toys for the kids.
