Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Alerio is a new complex featuring a community pool with a waterfall feature (seasonally heated), a hot tub with a waterfall feature, a grilling area, private beach access right across the street, and also an easy walk to Surf Hurt and Cabana Café. In addition to some of the area’s finest beaches, this complex is located under a mile from Silver Sands Outlets. For live music, fireworks, and delicious food in the evening, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just 3 miles away. Alerio is the perfect choice for your next vacation!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Impressed as soon as we walked in the door! Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen is very well stocked. Security was visible daily. You often see wear issues when renting. Not here! Everything looked brand new! Host was very communicative. Check in check out was a piece of cake.

Loved our stay! very convenient to the pool and quick walk to the beach. The ground floor made it super easy with groceries and going to and from activities. The one issue was how much noise came through the ceiling from the unit above. You could hear footsteps, chairs moving, toilets flushing.
It was very clean with nice furniture and decor, the main bedroom and bath are very spacious, the beds were all very comfortable (soft). Back patio was so peaceful being on the end unit. There were quite a few beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. left from other renters in one of the closets, which was an awesome find!

Excellent week in june

This property is very close to the beach. It was just a short walk. They had a closet with beach chairs, sand toys and other beach items for use which was very nice so check there before you go purchase anything! We did make dinner there one night and they had everything we needed. Overall great experience! Property is gated so very secure and very well kept.

Everything about the property was beautiful! We had a great stay! Comfortable beds! Nice space! Convenient walk across the street to the beach! Short and sweet

Everything about the accommodations were great! Close to everything! Beach, shops, restaurants, etc. we would definitely stay again. The only negative was the security guard. Before we realized we needed to put a parking pass in the car, we got a tow warning. We got in, walked to the beach and when we came out to get in the car there was a nice note on the car. Other than that everything was amazing

Our family of five adults had an amazing time in Miramar Beach, Florida. The last-minute rental surpassed our expectations, with the ground-floor condo even more impressive than depicted in the photos. The interior boasted a delightful beach-themed decor and was impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, the master shower luxurious, and the towels provided were of excellent quality. While the beds were very comfortable, they were slightly high for my 79-year-old mother. Nevertheless, we all found the condo cozy and are looking forward to returning. We had a wonderful time, particularly enjoying the nearby beach, a boat trip with numerous dolphin sightings, and shopping at the outlets. Sam kindly sent me an item I had forgotten, and I am truly grateful for that gesture. Thank you once again for an outstanding stay in your lovely condo.
