The condo was perfect for our trip we planned for our spring break trip. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need there. Great food close by, we walked to get coffee in the morning and ice cream at night. So many perks, gated, multiple pools, beautiful complex. We had a great stay!

We loved the community of Santa Rosa and it was perfect for our family of 4 (14 and 11 yr olds). Great place (as described), very comfortable beds, loved the pools/facilities and a short walk to the beach. Would recommend a day trip to Grayton Beach and avoid Destin. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed the unit this week. It was nicely updated and a good location overlooking the pool. The property was great and we enjoyed walking easily to the beach. The general area was nice much calmer than the Seagrove side of Seaside. We would visit the property again.

We had an amazing experience at Santa Rosa Beach! Our trip was made very pleasant by staying at this beautiful and comfortable condo. The location is amazing, overlooking a beautiful pool area and just around the corner from the ocean. The balcony was large and had comfortable seating, and the inside space was spacious, bright and coastal! You can rent a golf cart from the store in the front building, or find many bike rentals. This location is easily accessible to Seaside and Grayton Beach areas by golf cart or biking. We loved this area and our host were amazing. We will be staying here again!

Very nice and spacious. Plenty of room. Large deck with pool view. Umbrellas and chairs were available in closet for use and they did provide hair dryers even though they weren’t listed. The only complaint inside is not enough toilet paper (1 role per bathroom for a week so bring or buy some). Outside beaches are beautiful however be prepared to rent or be crowded in by the umbrella /chair rental set ups on beach. The condo area is very deep and narrow so not a wide beach area. The pool is very large and nice definitely a great place for children. Overall we had a great time and it met our expectations for the week. We did appreciate the ice maker also!

This condo was beautiful, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and the whole stay went very smoothly. It was very convenient to have a full bathroom in all 3 rooms, especially with teenagers. The in cabinet ice maker in the kitchen was awesome. We use a ton of ice. The pool was big and super clean. Overall an A+ experience for my family. Thank you!

We really loved this property! The condo was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The premises were well kept and very clean. Only one minimal issue was that the "queen bed" was actually a full size bed so it was tight for an adult couple.

This property was great. Even in the colder conditions, it was everything we had expected. RealJoy was so easy to deal with. They sent messages regularly checking in. I don’t need much, but when I messaged them, Christopher was very quick to respond and was super helpful. I would highly recommend staying with a RealJoy property and I know that our family will be staying again.

This property was ideal for our family. The weather was colder than we had hoped. However, a large hot tub and heated pool made it more manageable for my kids. The place felt so safe.
RealJoy was specifically easy to deal with. They sent messages with suggestions of things to do, places to eat, etc. When I did reach out to them Christopher was great and so fast to respond. I highly recommend this location. We will be staying in this area again most definitely, and when we do we will look for a RealJoy managed property.

We were actually in Cape San Blas when Hurricane Idalia came through and we were evacuated at 12noon on Tuesday. On Monday night, we found this place on AirBNB and immediately booked it. I was amazed that it was open and so easy! It was beautiful and convenient!

Beautiful newly remodeled unit right next to the beach! Bikes, bakery, pizza, donuts, and ice cream within walking distance. My only complaint was necessities were not stocked... we had to by toilet paper, paper towels, and even salt/pepper/olive oil to cook. Please consider keeping simple things like this in stock for guests staying a week. Overall great place, will definitely visit again!

This place is super ideal for families with young kids! Parking is convenient, + the place is extremely clean, peacefully decorated, in great condition—and so nice to have an extra ice machine!
Some other pros for this spot— it’s a corner unit for the building it’s in, and the balcony is partially shaded by several palm trees, so it feels like it is both private and still has a lovely view to the pool.
The building is very close to the beach, and although we didn’t use any of the provided equipment, we were pleasantly surprised to find several umbrellas, chairs, and other beach items in a closet for guest use. Thank you realjoy!

Nice, quiet area. Very clean, spacious, a lot of storage. The patio was great/ very roomy and a great view of the pools. Not a far walk to beach (no ramp if you have a wagon) There was beach chairs and beach umbrella in the closet of spare bedroom, which was nice. There no indoor pool, had to find something for the kids to do if it rained.
There are restaurants and a cute ice cream shop that is walkable distance. The staff at gate was very nice and will give you recommendations for the area.
If you are looking for a nice restaurant for a date night then check out The Bay. Great view and amazing food. I would definitely stay at Adagio again, next time will get a beach front condo.

The condo was in walking distance to many restaurants, next to the bike and golf cart rentals, and had easy access to the bike and walking path, beach, and pool, which was perfect for my family needs. Loved hanging out on the balcony that overlooked the three tier pool. Very clean, everything worked, and the property was not crowded which is extremely important to us. We were able to relax and enjoy our time together!

We’ve been coming to the Adagio for about 10 years. While the overall quality is still top notch, somethings are deteriorating. In our unit the master shower door didn’t shut, the kitchen sink dripped, master faucet had loose handles, the couch was comfy but was broken (think college frat house). The beds were comfy and a great time was had. Just needs some upgrades and surface repairs.

We had a great time! Everything was clean upon arrival and we had plenty of room. Location is very convenient. I did want to mention that the dryer does not seem to be working very efficiently. It took several times drying things in the dryer to actually get clothes dry. I just wanted to mention that in case the owners would like to know. Wonderful place!

This place is awesome! The location is great - a quick couple minute walk to the beach and the little town is so convenient. The condo is very nice, cleaned well, well decorated and comfortable. I also like that everything was quiet and calm. Several amenities and the beach is perfection. I also loved the gas stove, the patio that overlooks the pools and that the master is on the opposite end. The bonus bunk room is also a great touch. Only heads up is there is no hairdryer so make sure to pack one if needed!

Condo was a great home base for our quick family vacation. Fantastic beach condo in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Walkable to many restaurants in the area. We very much enjoyed the many pool option when our little ones were over the beach. I will mention that the listed is incorrect on the 2nd bedroom having a queen bed. It is actually a full size bed.

Wonderful place. Our family really enjoyed our time at the condo. The only negative would be the beach situation. We were not aware that 80 percent of the beach is for daily rented chairs. And the security monitoring the neighboring “private beach” was ridiculous.

We have stayed at many of the condos at Adagio. F205 was very good. Beautifully decorated and maintained. The only draw back is the couch in the living room. I think it's past it's shelf life. When you sit on it, you go to the floor.

The property was located ideally in quaint Blue Mountain Beach. The grounds were clean and well equipped. Nice short walk to the beach from our unit, and nice to have the pool option too. My only complaint, if you can call it that, was a beach chair vendor took up all the beach space in front of the property, forcing guests to sit behind their line of unrented chairs and umbrellas.

We had a fantastic experience here. Very spacious condo, convenient 2nd floor location, clean, modern decor. 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Even in January the weather was nice enough for us to take advantage of the huge outdoor balcony to have breakfast each morning. The balcony is decorated as well with very nice patio furniture. The property is outstanding. The first thing you notice is the 24 hour security monitored gated entry and exit- we really liked it and actually got to know Debbie who worked security from late afternoon through the night. The pool area is extremely spacious, updated, well taken care of and the landscaping is beautiful. Even though this isn’t a beach front unit, that doesn’t matter, the property is and the walk to the beach from our front door took all of 2 minutes. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!
