A Wave From it All is a charming 4 bedroom, 4 bath home in Leisure Bay. This beautiful home features a spacious open floor plan and a bright kitchen with granite counters and all stainless-steel appliances. There's a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in each of the guest bedrooms, two twin bunkbeds in the loft area, and a sofa sleeper in the living room sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably. Plus, the master bedroom has balcony access that overlooks the sparking community pool! Take the short stroll to the beach (approx 700 yards), splash around in the community pool, or explore Destin Commons nearby! Come make A Wave From it All a family vacation tradition for years to come.

Leisure Bay is a quaint subdivision of ten single family homes just off Ellis Road between U. S. Highway 98 West and Scenic Highway 98 in Miramar Beach, Florida. The neighborhood is 3 blocks from Miramar Beach public beach access and Pompano Joe's Seafood and Oyster House. The shared pool never gets too busy since Leisure Bay is a small community of homes, and it's conveniently located between Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, both just 2 short miles away.

*There are only 2 parking spots available in front of the home and 1 spot available in the garage.

Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water-sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This home was perfect for our family!!! Plenty of sleeping space for my siblings and nieces and nephews!! We rented a golf cart for our stay which made raveling back and forth to the beach and to dinner on the island easy! The pool directly across the street was a hit when the red flags were out! Property manager called to make sure everything went well with checking in and see if we needed anything. I stated we could use a few additional towels. They took no time in getting them to us! Would highly recommend this property!

This place was a perfect amount of space for our large group! Everything was very clean and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. Because it’s located close to a small public beach-the beach was extremely crowded when we went-so having the pool so close was a game changer! The only thing I wish it had was some sort of way we could store our pantry groceries inside the house. But overall- a great stay!

The place had enough rooms for our family of 10 with 6 teenagers. The kids love that they all can hangout at night in their own space with the big screen tv where the 2 bunk beds are and next to one of the rooms where they all stayed. The pool which is literally a few steps from the home is a big plus. We love the fact that there are 4 full bathrooms as well and it is stocked with plenty of extra towels. We prepared meals several times because we have hungry kids and the kitchen has basic pots and pans and also has a drip style and kuerig k cup coffee makers. The beds are comfy and extra blankets were also provided. We enjoyed staying at this home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay ! There was lots of space for everyone to sleep . The place was squeaky clean . One huge plus was how many towels and rags accommodated each bathroom and also I can’t forget the beach accommodations in the garage ,if you don’t have your own! So many things and places near but not even a mile away! Walk to the beach was close and easier than trying to find parking !Definitely recommend you to book here you will NOT regret it ! We were a group of eleven adults (5 couples) and there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. We were all comfortable and had space to sit and gather together. We enjoyed our stay. We had a minor problem with the WIFI password, but it was taken care of promptly.

The house is amazing, just how it looked in the listing. Very beautiful very close to the pool and the beach was about a 7-10 minute walk. If we would drive it was a 1-2 minute drive to the beach. Over all everything was great and would rebook for our yearly family vacation!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Wish we stayed longer. The place was very clean, nice walk to the beach. Beach toys and trolley were available. One of the tubs were clogged and they came within an hour to fix. Love it! Will definitely be staying again.
