This fabulous home in Villages of Crystal Beach boasts modern flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with a large booth-style dining table, two gorgeous balconies, and two relaxing living rooms. A Wave Away is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home that sleeps up to 15 guests. There are 3 King bedrooms, one on every floor! The master is on the 2nd floor and features a jetted tub, a separate stand-up shower, his and her sinks, plus a kitchenette! There is a guest room with a queen bed located on the 2nd floor, and a guest room with a twin over full bunk bed + futon on the 3rd floor. This magnificent house also has a full-size laundry room with a washer/dryer, and 2 parking spots in the driveway. This luxurious community is about 900 yds from Crystal Beach and includes a complimentary seasonal trolley service to take you to and from the Gulf!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day) they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon style zero entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.

Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway of the home. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.

Area Attractions:

There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and water-sports!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We loved it! Great location close to the pool-which is such a nice heated pool with a zero depth entry for the kids, lots of comfortable seating, beautiful landscaping with palm trees and waterfalls. Condo was beautiful and lots of room for our whole 14 person guest count. Comfortable beds. The beach trolley was a super great perk. Location of the condo was also conveniently located to great shopping and restaurants.

This place was perfect for my large family (9 adults, 1 baby)!Real joy was very responsive from the moment I booked this place. They sent recommendations for restaurants, things to do on rainy and sunny days to make our stay even more enjoyable. This community was top notch. 10 minute walk to the beach, a very big community pool and an ice cream truck that came around daily. I highly recommend this place for big families, with three levels we never got too crowded. There’s a grill and beach toys, chairs and umbrella, and a wagon for you to use. They even have a shuttle that will take you to the beach if you don’t want to walk. Love this place and will save it for the next family trip to Destin!

We really enjoyed the home, it was very spacious and clean. Neighborhood was quiet and loved pool area, the beach was close by, walking distance. Loved the master suite, it was like a studio apartment. The multiple sitting areas and the 2 balconies were a plus. It was great for having our family together with all three of our grand babies for the first time. We will most definitely book again in the future.

Overall the house is great for a large family or multiple families coming together. It’s 1 block away from the community pool which was great for kids. There was lots of seating and space. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. Definitely need a wagon to carry any beach gear but doable even with littles. The location is a short drive to all the major restaurants and retails. Loved that the community is gated and overall peaceful.
