Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

A Coastal Cottage is a lovely 3BR, 2BA cottage, conveniently located in Maravilla Resort, just across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. There is a nice back porch to enjoy the beautiful night breeze and warm sunny days! Indulge your inner chef in the sleek kitchen, configured with ample counter space, top-quality appliances, and plenty of cookware. Families with children or seniors will enjoy the ease of staying in a one-level property. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and a second guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed, and in the living room is a sleeper sofa. This cottage sleeps 9 comfortably. The guest bathroom offers a combination tub/shower. There is also a washer and dryer available for added convenience. Enjoy the gorgeous private beach (about 550 yards) and make long-lasting memories at A Coastal Cottage!

Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33-acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Maravilla Cottages within Maravilla Resort offers guests privacy and space, while still allowing access to the fabulous amenities. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool at Maravilla Resort. Plus, another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! You will also love the tennis courts, basketball court, and shuffleboard area.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers several boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We booked our stay with RealJoy fairly recently, but we were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations - especially at the price point we paid. Our house was located within the Maravilla resort complex (which is quite nice). Plus, we were able to go almost everywhere we wanted with only the golf cart. This house was very nice, neat, and clean. RealJoy is also so responsive and helpful. I would recommend a stay at any of RealJoy’s properties, but I would especially recommend RealJoy’s Coastal Cottage. It’s a great place to stay in the Destin/Miramar Beach area.

This place is great. Great house, great location. My husband and I stayed here with our 4 kids, the house and neighborhood are great for families. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and tourist attractions. We rented the golf cart as well, which I recommend, it’s very fun to get around town in the golf cart. We checked in on a Sunday night, and we had a question about how the golf cart works, the host answered our call on a Sunday night and was super helpful and friendly and was able to answer our questions right then, very good customer service

Everything was as expected- description was spot on. A beautiful location for a great family vacation. This company was great to work with, super accommodating!! We really enjoyed our stay this past week. We loved the private beach access. We drove from the house and parked at the condos which made for a short walk to the
Beach. We spent our days there and the nights just relaxing at the house. Quiet time after 10 worked out well for our family. If you’re wanting to party , this house isn’t for you. It was wonderful for the kids and myself. We’re excited to come back!!

Everything was amazing and we will return! Place is immaculate and as described! LOVED THE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA! Pools were close and amazing. Very spacious and quiet. Beautiful appliances as well!Neighborhood was friendly, clean and quiet. Walk to beach was 5-7 minutes max! Service team was very helpful, kind, and professional. We did not rent the golf cart, but they looked new and modern so may next time! Just a few suggestions, but definitely not dealbreakers:
1. No throw blankets-not that big of a deal but would be nice for those quiet movie nights.
2. Each bed only has 1 pillow per person. Worked out ok for us because there were only 2 of us so we just took them from the other bedrooms. Would have had to go buy them though if the whole family was there. Beds were also stiff, but that is just preference.
3. There were no grill utensils and no spatula. We bought some and left them so the next person will have them!
All and all 5 stars! Can’t wait to come back!
