Welcome to 200 Steps to the Beach, where you will fall in love with the endless sugar-white sand and the beautiful emerald Gulf waters. You are only a short walking distance from the beach, which makes this condo the perfect spot to call home during your beach vacation! This spacious condo is on the 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the spacious deck enjoying the sights and sounds of beach living. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon. The condo is conveniently located in beautiful Miramar Beach and close to Pompano Joe's, a favorite gulf-side bar and restaurant. Check out why 200 Steps to the Beach is a family favorite!

Want a break from the beach? You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This location is great for the price, feels very safe and is definitely walkable. I appreciated the extra amenities like beach chairs and a wagon! Oh and the beds were very comfortable!

Altogether it was a great place to stay for vacation in walking distance of the beach.

Property was great. It looked as it did in the pics and is right across the street from the beach. We did have issues with the door locking. And it should list the actual unit number in the Check-In info. We were confused as to where the place was initially.

Clean and cozy. Great large porch. Alot of beach supplies for the kids; buckets, balls, boogie boards and a stroller and pack and play. The walk to the beach isn't too far, but it down a street with another street to cross. There is a beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs available. Owner is very kind and helpful. I did have to message to get the access code, but everything else went smoothly.
