Everything was clean and our trip was very enjoyable. Close to the beach and the restaurants that we love the most. Next year we will rent with a balcony (the balcony was closed in on this unit), but it did not affect our stay at all.

The condo we stayed in was just like the listing. It was clean and very updated. It had everything we needed for a week away from home. Full kitchen and washer & dryer in our unit was a plus. We stayed in tower 3 with only a short walk to the beach. Food & shopping within walking distance. We were very pleased with our unit and the process booking through RealJoy.

We enjoy our stay at this 3021 apartment, the only issue we thinking is the A/C, the thermostat at the roll way is not letting the rooms, get the right temperature, it should be on the bigger room, but everything else is was excellent 😉, we will be back. Thanks for the stay RealJoy.

We stayed 3 nights and it was great! Everything was perfect. The cleaning lady came 3x starting 2 hours early which was a bit annoying because it’s already hard to pack a family to depart by 10 Am. I kept having to recheck if I’d left anything and even got in the car to leave and had to run back in because I wasn’t 100% I got everything. At least I know they clean though!

It was out first time in Destin. The property was easy to find. Very close walk to the beach, literally 3 minute walk to the sand. Ample safe parking. Security at entry. Property was clean. Large enough to comfortably host our family, 3 adults (parents + 1 grown child), 1 teen, and 3 more kids under 8. Childrens play area is a nice touch. Ample space the eat. TVs with cable in each room. Drawbacks - WiFi connectivity was come and go, limited views of the water from the unit, and limited necessity items stocked in the kitchen. Overall, the property was spacious, clean and modern inside. My family would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo, very spacious. You couldn’t hear the people above you. Just a second from the beach. Five of us stayed and we were never crowded. Loved it The ceiling fan didn’t work in our sunroom. Maintenance was notified, but it wasn’t fixed before we left.

Great place but there are a few things i would of liked to know before booking. The property gives you 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and no dish washing detergent or laundry detergent. The property also doesn’t allow outside umbrellas, if you bring your own you have to walk 75 feet to get off the property line. They only allow the air to go to 70 degrees, which isn’t very cold. Just a few things to know before renting the property. It would be nice if they gave you a welcome basket with simple things to get you started. We immediately had to go to the store and get essentials for the week. We did find large roaches (dead) but I assume that’s normal for Florida. Overall it was a great experience and we probably would stay here again.

This place was AMAZING! We had six girls in total staying together in this condo and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone had a nice, comfortable bed and easy access to the spacious bathrooms. We all raved about the open floor plan of the kitchen/living room/dining area because it let us all sit down together! This condo was also in a perfect location (literally right off the beach, on the end of the condo building) and included beach service (reserved umbrellas and chairs). Overall, I would love to stay at this same spot over and over again!!

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick responses to any questions we had prior to the trip. The place was decorated super cute. My husband and I had the Master and the bed was comfortable. There was a sticky stain on the pillow sham so we were left with one pillow each to use. Thankfully I brought our own pillow and took one out of another room since only one of the beds in the third bedroom was being used. I think it’s worth mentioning that they seemed to have turned the master closet into the washer/dryer space so you have to go into the Master to do laundry. It wasn’t a huge deal for our family but I felt bad my sister-in-law felt like she had to ask me every time she wanted to laundry since it was in our room. There is a nice sunroom space off the family room but it was too hot to hang out there and the view was literally just of the parking lot. It was a good place to store all of our beach stuff though.
The one big issue we had was that there was a problem with the AC unit. It worked fine as far as cooling but the condensation line was plugged up which caused water to puddle up from under the kitchen tile. I slipped twice but managed to catch myself thankfully. We spent the first three days mopping up the eating area every 20 minutes or so because it was leaking so much. Real Joy sent out a very nice maintenance person twice to try to fix it but it was beyond what he could do. By the 3rd or 4th day they managed to put a temporary fix on it so it would stop puddling. I would ask them if they have fixed it for good before booking though. It was already a problem before we stayed there because we found an overflowing bucket that they had out there to catch water. The kitchen counter was huge and a really nice space for cooking. We loved being so close to the beach. We would stay again and recommend!

The condo was clean and beautiful. The free movie perks were a nice bonus and the kisok is in walking distance. The beach is super close-like a 3 minute walk at the most! The views were not great but we loved being on the 2nd floor-made easy access to the home. It was as a great location! We were close to everything-shopping, beach, activities, the harbor. The condo set up was really nice-huge bedrooms and bath. Loved having a washer/dryer on site (we were even able to put a packnplay in that area and close the door)and he sun room was a great place to hang out and play games. We are a bigger family (7) and we never felt cramped due to the layout and nice size bedrooms. For the most part it felt like a home away from home; we loved the condo and would stay there again!

The condo and property itself was very nice. No complaints here at all. The beach service was great and very accommodating. I noticed people at the pool eating and glass bottles present. If you post rules, then you should enforce them. The security lady, Karen, was very helpful when we went on Friday to see exactly where the condo was located. We were able to get the vehicle info to her in a timely manner and had all that done, so as to avoid confusion on Sat. The patio door did not lock, but this is not meant as a complaint. Just an FYI.
