Gulf Winds East #4

The property was very clean. And the property we stayed in was as described. Very clean, neat, and spacious. The view from the balcony was great. I would recommend staying at this property.

The unit was extremely clean, cozy and just a true joy to stay in. convenient to everything we did. I was there for my 60th birthday celebration and was welcomed with a cake and ballon. The Harmony staff went above and beyond. customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this unit and rental company.

We've been staying in GWE #4 for the past 10 years and love it. However the new owner has decided to rent their selves (VRBO). Lucky for us Harmony had GWE #3 available for next year. I will only rent through a rental company like Harmony. If something happens to the unit or new owners come in, they will find me something comparable or better. Owners cannot do this because they usually have only one unit.

My husband and I bring our kids down here 1-2 times per year. They love the view, the pool, the awesome bunk beds! They also love being able to walk to multiple places that are just right down the road and we enjoy the beautiful sunset every night!

We have been staying in GWE #4 for the past 7 years. We love it. We have been going to Destin over 20 years and won't stay anywhere else. We love the location as it's in the middle of Scenic 98. We never really have to get on the main highway 98. We are already booked for next year. We book before we leave every year. Harmony is so easy to work with and very friendly.

We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable vacation thanks to the wonderful Gulf Shores East unit 4 experience. The Decor and the condo were absolutely lovely. Everything was sparkly clean. The view was amazing. We had one tiny issue of a bees nest that we noticed and Harmony Beach Vacations came immediately to remedy it. Highly recommend!

It was great. The weather was cold and rainy. It was nice to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. The walk to the beach was so easy. It was right across the road! All the amenities were great. Kitchen stocked. Washer and dryer downstairs. Bedrooms downstairs. It was a great stay and Connie was super helpful and nice!

great communication. any question we had was immediately answered, very friendly. exceptionally clean. I always take my own bedding and or wash the covers as soon as I arrive but I did not feel the need for that at this rental. Great view of the beach and a very close walk. this definitely be our go to when we visit destin. overall everything was great and I highly recommend.

We have been able to stay at a few locations in Destin and this one is among one the best. I recommend it to everyone, it is close to the beach, close to the store, restaurants, and the property has a nice pool. It was clean and the staff was amazing. I will be back for sure.

We had a great trip! The location can't be beat. The private beach access is awesome and our beach never got super busy (two chairs and umbrella were $30 a day - we have stay in SanDestin and the cost was $50 - $60). Condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. A/C was awesome (we had rented locations were it couldn't keep up with the heat). We didn't go to the pool, however it looked nice.

Caribbean Dunes 122 was great! We were there for Spring Break and found it to be in a good location to the beach but yet in a quiet neighborhood. Family friendly. Clean. Heated pool was great!! Would definitely recommend!!

We have been staying at this property for 8 years, and this could possibly be our best visit to date. Unit 4 was a pleasure. Nice view of the beach, with recent interior up-grades. No issues with the property whatsoever. Loved staying at a location with fewer people, and great private beach area. Pool was nice and clean and uncrowded. We'll be back again next year.

I have been staying at Gulf Winds East for approximately 30 years. It never ceases to amaze me the wonderful experience I had, once again!! Clean, quiet, easy access to beach and most importantly the accessibility of the staff with Harmony Beach Vacations. Everyone I came in contact with was, in my opinion, top notch. Thanks to all….Connie and Justin. Those are the only names I remember at this time and I apologize for not naming them all. I already have plans to return to Gulf Winds East in about 4 months. Will NEVER stay anywhere else !!!

We have been staying here for over 20 years. Feels like home. However, we needed more bath towels. Our condo holds 8 people but only had towels and wash cloths for 5. The rule of only having 2 vehicle is very inconvenience. The parking spaces from 5 through 8 were empty but yet we had to park a car at Destin Commons. This is a "Family" vacation for us and my daughters have to come at different times due to work schedules. We do try to overlap a day or two so we can spend time as a family and go out to eat.

It was very difficult to find the office. The address 3100 was hard to fine, because you can't see the #'s. The street address needs to have lights around theme for late arrivals! Once we gained entrance to our condo, everything was great.

We always try to stay in a vacation rental when we travel, and this condo was very clean and well appointed! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, and more. The beach was a very easy walk (right across the street)and we really enjoyed being so close. If you are traveling with a family I might caution you about storage space and privacy. The bunk beds are built into the hallway (as pictured)so privacy could be an issue if you are traveling with young children and they need to go to bed earlier. Also, the appliances are VERY LOUD and since the washer and dryer are in the hallway it can cause sleep disturbances. However, these were not issues for us because we were traveling with teens. I only mention this because families with young children might find the arrangement challenging. If you are driving, pack a few extra rolls of Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, and trash bags. It will save some money and some running. Super convenient to all shopping and dining and we felt we got very good "bang for our buck." We traveled in off season, so it was very quiet. I could not speak to how this location would be if the town was buzzing. We were on the first floor and the only noise we heard was people walking around upstairs. On a side note, DON'T waste your money on a snorkeling tour in Destin. They literally drop you at the beach and it is wall to wall people. My kids saw NOTHING (except one hermit crab and a pair of broken sunglasses!)and were really disappointed. We have done other snorkeling tours and this was a joke! Destin is a beautiful beach town and we would definitely book with Harmony again!

We loved our stay in Condo 4 at Gulf Winds East. The condo was decorated beutifully and everything was in working order. There was an issue with the outdoor shower head and the blind on one of the sliding doors. Maintenance was there immediately to remedy the issues. Great view of the ocean. We were concerned the AC wouldnt cool to our liking but we were chilly in the evening and mornings, just the way we like it. Overall great stay and will definitely stay in Condo 4 again.

From the moment we walked into our unit till we walked out, it was as if we were at home. The unit was well kept and initially stocked to make as feel at home. This is our second experience with harmony and have been totally satisfied. I will pass along harmony's info to all my friends.

VERY NICE PLACE, VERY CLEAN THE ONLY ISSUE THAT I HAD WAS THAT THE SLEEPER SOFA IN THE LIVINGROOM WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND LEANING I THINK IT MIGHT BE TIME TO REPLACE THE MATTRASE ON THAT SOFA. ALSO, THE RUGS ON THE BATHROOM WERE STAINED VERY BAD AND THE DRIER ALSO NEED TO BE REPLACED I THINK THE HEATER IS NOT WORKING IT TOOK 2 HOURS AND THEY STILL WERE NOT DRIED. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS WONDERFU./

We stayed in Carribean Dunes unit 122. And it was very nice. We were very pleased it was clean and plenty of room for family of four. The only down side was when people checked in above us they sound like they where going to come thru celing. But the convince of the first floor made up for it. This unit is just across road from beach access. Very nice area. We loved it. Not that we used them much, but the televisions are small and the cable was not very good. Not a big deal because Crystal Beach is beautiful we did not stay inside much.
