In the heart of Panama City Beach, Aqua Resort features a luxurious Gulf Front, 22 22-story high-rise, only 0.4 miles from Pier Park . The resort includes a large Gulf Front relaxation pool, a Gulf Front indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, surrounded by a tropical patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. Additional amenities are a poolside café with WIFI and TVs, a poolside grilling area, and 4 high-speed elevators, so there is little wait time between the FUN. Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, dog play area, and Festival Site. Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle are available on site.

Needs some minor updates but overall nice!

The location is great and the building is really nice. Overall the condo was nice, but could definitely use a deep clean. The floors were really dirty (as in if you walk on them barefoot, your feet will be black). The master bathtub was also really slow draining. The couches were comfortable but looked like they could use a good clean as well. The kitchen was updated and had everything you would need. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice and clean. The walls were pretty scuffed and could use a touch up of paint but not a big deal. The pools were both nice and proximity of the beach was fantastic. Having food and bar poolside was a great perk. The system of having to park across the road in the garage and pre-register your vehicle and print off your parking tag was irritating. That’s the only major issue with the property. I know it’s common in the area but isn’t great for more elderly guests. They also only have a few luggage carts which were super small, so the unloading process took a bit. But those are pretty small details overall.

We love staying at the Aqua! This was my first time booking through Airbnb, however. Be warned if you are bringing 8 guests, the couch bed needs repairs and isn’t suitable to sleep on. Outside of that, this room was wonderful! Very private as it’s at the very end of the walkway and super spacious. Will definitely book again!

The place and view was perfect! The only issue was with the parking pass. The number for security didn’t work and I paid for a parking pace and tried to obtain it using the kiosk and the kiosk never worked the entire stay. So I was technically out of $40 for that. Wasn’t too many towels for a weekend for 4 people with going to the pool and beach. As well as no stock on tissue. Overall the home is beautiful clean PERFECT view, easy to find easy to access will definitely book again.
