Welcome to Destin Dory, your chic retreat where tranquility embraces you, and the waves of the gulf soothes your senses. This incredible 3-story home features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 14 guests. This luxurious, stylish home has amazing gulf views and plenty of room to entertain your family and friends. On the first floor, you'll find a king bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The second-floor guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk and 2 twin beds. Also on the second floor, there is the bright, airy master suite with a king bed and twin bed. The spa inspired master bathroom will WOW you with the soaking tub and gorgeous double vanities. Up on the third floor, you will find a guest bedroom with a king bed and a double sleeper sofa. The carriage house has a cozy twin-over-queen bunk bed and a double sleeper sofa. Come and make lasting family vacation memories at Destin Dory!

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Area Attractions:

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking and biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson State Park is also just down the road!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Perfect location for walking to the beach. Minutes from Crab Island and Destin Harbor. 14 people in one group and everyone has a bed to sleep. Lots of space in house for everyone to feel comfortable. Would recommend for large groups.

The house was beautiful! Great location, right across the street from the beach. Super easy to go with the golf cart. Parking across the street for the golf cart with direct beach access. They also have chairs and umbrella to use at the beach. Beds were comfortable and plentiful.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at the Destin Dory property. It was spacious, comfortable, clean & everything we could’ve hoped for our family vacation. The location was perfect & close to everything we could possibly want or need during our stay. It was decorated beautifully & had amenities we had never experienced before: such as a 6 seater golf cart, beach toys & chairs, outdoor shower, plenty of entertainment & more. We were extremely pleased with Real Joy’s communication & management. We did encounter a hiccup outside of anyone’s control, but they worked diligently & took great care of us. We look forward to staying with Real Joy vacations again in the future & were so sad to leave! Highly recommend this company & loved this property! Can’t wait until our next stay!
