Everything about this house was amazing!! Very beautiful and there wasn't anything extra that we didn't have. The pool was just around the corner as well:) We had a few dirty dishes in the cabinets(lipstick on a cup, eggs stuck on our skillet, and sticky goop on the blender)

We enjoyed our time tremendously while on our family vacation. It was close to EVERYTHING Miramar had to offer. Literally walking distance, and only 15 minutes from the Destin Boardwalk. It was convenient having bathrooms in each bedroom, and the beds were comfy. I would advise to bring your own coffee supplies, hair dryer, and washing supplies for your clothes, and ice. It was immaculately clean, and we even had a fun game night with the games provided.

Having the fenced in yard was such a bonus. Something we didn’t know before we arrived. Having the gated community also made it very quiet and peaceful from the main strip.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cabin By The Sea. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything that we needed to cook meals with. It was close to the beach. The neighborhood pool was very nice (a bit freezing) but nice. Would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and pleasant to stay in. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The beach is about 10-12 minute walk with kids on wagons. Please note canopies are not allowed on the beach. Your options are to bring an umbrella or rent one from La Dolce Vida.
Tip - if you want front row beach sitting during peak times, show up after 3pm.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. I will say that the beach is like a 15 minute walk with little kids, but still very manageable. The house is very spacious and inviting. Beds were very comfortable which is a plus because not all Airbnbs have comfortable bedding. Communication was great and overall highly recommend this Airbnb!

I found the property company to be great to work with. All information in the listing was accurate, including the distance to the beach, It's exactly as stated and not a bad walk at all. The neighborhood is still under some construction, but it's very nice. Great for walking our dog. Also, I don't think the listing mentioned it, but the pool is just around the corner from the house - so very convenient. The house itself is fantastic, and includes everything you need. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. I did purchase and leave a nicer wine opener, as the one there was bent and didn't work well. Otherwise they have most everything you need. I would make just a couple of suggestions to the owners for consideration. First off it would be nice to include some beach chairs/umbrella. As it turns out the rental gives you the private beach access, but not the wrist band needed to rent these at the beach, so leaving some inexpensive chairs there for tenants use would be nice. We went to Walmart and paid $80 for 2 chairs and umbrella - this worked perfect. Actually we think this is better anyway - since rental is $45 a day (even if they would rent them to us- but they wouldn't because the lack of wrist bands??? crazy...). Also there was an iron board in the house, but no iron. We didn't need one, so no problem. Also I would recommend a nicer grill for the unit. Perhaps one that uses propane. The one there is very old and rusted and only uses charcoal. We did not use it while we were there. Finally, despite my recommendations above, I would certainly recommend this place - and especially would recommend renting from RealJoy, they were great and very professional.

This home was absolutely beautiful!! Open layout with clean and spacious bedrooms, making it a perfect choice for a family vacay. The community was safe and quiet with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The community pool was an added bonus for times that we wanted to take a quick dip. Communication with the host was superb. We will definitely book here again!!!
