Welcome to Woodland Shores #1, a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome, only about 500 yards to the sugary white sands of Miramar Beach. Step inside to be greeted by an open concept living area, dining area, and a kitchen with plenty of counter space. It is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach or to enjoy a meal with your crew. Climb the beautiful stairs to the second floor to find the two bedrooms. This townhome sleeps up to 8 with a master bedroom containing a king bed and a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have their en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also grants you access to the private covered balcony. Outside, you'll find a cozy back patio highlighted by natural beauty, only a few steps from one of two community pools. Take a short stroll to Pompano Joe's, which is also where you will find the beach access. Woodland Shores #1 is a wonderful way to spend your beach days - you will surely enjoy your stay!

Located in Miramar Beach, Woodland Shores Complex contains a low-density community of two-story townhomes, with less than 50 unit in total. All townhomes have private balconies and patios. The community offers shuffleboard, an outdoor BBQ area, a community room, and two community pools (one heated). You will find the beach access within a short walk at the famous Pompano Joe's restaurant. Woodland Shores is also a short drive away from incredible shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

*Pets are subject to approval. If you are traveling with a pet, please provide the reservations team with your pet's breed within 24 hours of placing your reservation. There will be an additional $250 fee, only 1 dog allowed, and a weight limit of 50lbs or under will be enforced. *

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We loved this spot for our fall break trip to the beach. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was quiet! The walk to the beach about 7 minutes with kiddos in tow. There was also an outdoor storage unit that had beach toys and boogie boards and umbrellas, which we were grateful for because we forgot ours! I would recommend this place and stay there again.

We were a bit hesitant to book since this home did not have any reviews but we were very pleasantly surprised that it was well managed and the team was very responsive! We really appreciated that they allowed us to check in an hour early, we had 4 kiddos under 4 on our trip and we really needed to settle in with them. The place was extremely clean and literally minutes walk to the beach. The pool was a very nice addition to our trip! Everything was very well maintained on the property.
