Such a lovely place with loads of fun for everyone within walking distance. From the heated pools, to the restaurants/businesses, and beach access - this is a one-stop shop! The home was clean, had ample supplies, and made us feel at home while traveling with small kids.

This is a lovely condo and the amenities of the complex are great. We had an issue with the beach chair rental that the listing said was included so check on that before hand if that is important to you. They were quick to reply when needed.

We had a pleasant stay. The facility and grounds were very clean. The heated pool was unfortunately shut down unexpectedly for maintenance for most of our stay, but the owner of our unit gave us wristbands to use the heated pool of a nearby facility, free of charge. Customer service was great from RealJoy vacations. The kitchen could use a crockpot and a standard baking sheet. The water pressure in the tub of the main tub needs to be fixed…some of the water was coming out of the tub as well as the shower head. These were minor issues, however, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

We had a great time! It was very nice and clean inside the condo. A couple things I noticed that needed fixed was the bathroom light in the master was flickering , the washer was making a knocking noise and there was a horrible smell in the hall way.

We loved A328! There was room for everyone! 4 adults and two 8 year old boys. They loved their own little bunkbeds with each bunk with it's own small flat screen. Beautiful balcony. We will definitely be back soon!

We travel frequently and this was our favorite trip by far! The condo was more beautiful then the pictures. Plenty of room, amenities, and well stocked. Perfect space for our family of 5. The resort was a kids dream, the beach was perfect and came with beach service. Any questions I had were quickly answered through a easy text system. Our family had a great time at Waterscape for spring break. The property was very clean, the location was near many restaurants and activities and the condo amenities were perfect to meet all our needs for an enjoyable stay at the beach and heated pool. We would definitely stay here again!!

Waterscape is in a great location and perfect for families with children. My 4 year old loved the separate kiddie water splash pad and the lazy river. This location is a small walk to the beach. There are not any ocean views with this unit but it is convenient to the pool area. It is very quiet around the condominium. Although it's a bit confusing to get around at first. A map of the resort would be helpful or if the management team of Waterscape would put up some more signs in the inside walkways to show which way to the pool/beach. There are not any beach chairs or umbrellas with this unit but Waterscape sets up sections with two chairs and one umbrella. If you get down at the beach early enough (7:30-8) you can reserve a nice spot using your own towels. The condo had a strange smell upon entering the unit but we got used to it after time. I'm not sure what the smell was but perhaps some food that previous renters had cooked that stuck in the air. The beds are very comfortable! My husband is extremely picky about the mattress (years of back issues) and the master/king slept wonderful. My mother and daughter slept on the twin bunks and had no issues as well. My daughter loved that each bunk had it's own tv. The unit was clean and cozy. Kitchen was equipped with enough supplies for our needs: toaster, mixing bowls, stainless-steel skillets, 12-cup coffee maker and also the option of a Kiureg if you prefer single cups, plastic plates for the kids (although we couldn't find any plastic bowls which we prefer for our daughter). Overall, we had a great stay in this unit and would stay here again in the future.

Our condo was beautiful. Great location. Pinkie was great and replied super fast when I had questions. I wasn't expecting a pack and play but there it was in the closet. We can't thank then enough. We will be back next year and will stay with them again.

Detailed no contact check-in information was emailed prior to our arrival from Pinkie. We were able to go straight to our condo. Condo was nicely decorated, clean, nice updated floors and decor. TV with cable in the living room and bedrooms, there were also Smart TV's in each of the bunks. Perfect for our family of 4. with the kids in the bunk beds. Balcony overlooks the kiddie splash pad area. Unit is farthest from the beach, but you are very close to the parking garage. Came with starter supply amenities (shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwashing tabs, paper towels and laundry detergent). The pool areas were fun for the kids and the variety kept them entertained. There was a kiddie splash pad area, a saltwater pool , a lazy river and a larger zero entry pool. There is also a small pool side restaurant to purchase drinks and food. Numerous Weber gas grills are also available poolside to cook your own meals. The beach amenities include an umbrella and 2 beach chairs. We had a great stay at Waterscape and enjoyed our trip.

Condo was exactly as listed in the photos. Very clean. Very pretty decor. The only thing I would recommend is maybe some hand soap in the bathrooms and dish soap/sponge in the kitchen. We didn’t bring any of that but bought some while we were there. Beautiful place. Would absolutely stay again!

The room was super clean and the decorations were so cute. We had access to plenty of towels, dishes, and appliances just like we were at home. The property was peaceful. People were having a good time and laughing but there wasn’t a terrible amount of noise at night that kept me from sleeping like I’ve experienced at other places. I’d say this condo is one of the farthest from the beach at this property, but the walk still wasn’t bad!! We had such a good time, and hope to rent this exact condo next year when we stay at the beach!

Super cute and clean condo. The resort is beautiful but crowded. It was hard to find chairs at the pool because everyone gets up early to save them. That’s really my only complaint. My family loved the condo. Bunk beds with TV’s were a hit with the kids. Beautifully furnished and nicely updated. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fanta Sea. The condo is beautiful. Great views of the pool, close to the car park, and close to the beach. We only had one issue, and Pinkie was prompt to respond, and the issue was resolved within just a few hours. I was very happy and we will surely be coming back!
