This spacious 1BR+Bunks/2BA condo has an open floor plan with new updated living room furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and balcony access to view those gorgeous emerald green waters. There is also a twin bunk bed in the hallway alcove and a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing for sleep accommodations for up to 6 guests. With all the amenities available at this incredible resort and located less than a mile from Pier Park, you're sure to have your dream vacation at Tidewater 2412!

Tidewater Beach Resort opened in March 2008. It’s a luxury resort ideally located on a large expanse of sugar-white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and convenient to area dining, shopping and activities. Excellent view, amazing amenities, very nice employees. Only thing I could think of to “complain” about was the master bed. A piece in the middle of the bed was broken/missing causing you to feel like you were rolling to the middle. Also the top sheet did not fit the bed. Wasn’t too much of a hassle but those are just the two things that were noticed. Had a great week & would definitely stay again as well as recommend to others.

Our trip was amazing! Short trip but we packed in a lot and saw manatees, dolphins, and sharks right on porch of the condo. The place was perfect for me and my two daughters. We could walk to multiple things. Everyone at the condo was super friendly. Love the bar by the pool. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great Value, Great Views. Memories

Almost everything was great. Plenty of towels. The View was Amazing! Beds were comfortable, extra pillows and sheets in the master closet. Very clean. two bathrooms we perfect for a family of 4. Close to EVERYTHING. Dryer wouldn't work correctly. Some of the staff were short with us checking in, but I got a different staff member and she was great. The elevators were VERY slow. The ice maker was insulated foamed shut so you couldn't use it on the refrigerator.

The best place to stay for the amazing views, dolphins, jelly fish and you may see a manatee! The condo was perfect! We definitely plan on coming back! One of my favorite trips so far!

Unbelievable views!!

This property and room was awesome. The only complaint we had was the dryer wouldn’t work longer 6 minutes. So in order to dry our clothes we had to hang them out on the balcony, other than that everything was great and we plan coming back next year.

Great condo with the most amazing views from the 24th floor balcony! We enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean each night. Comfy bed and pillows! Everything you should need in the kitchen; coffee maker, cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, utensils. Hairdryers in each bathroom. A/C worker great! 2 nice outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tubs outside beside the pools plus an indoor hot tub. I like that the wrist bands have a chip that opens gates and doors at Tidewater. Parking in the parking garage across the road is nice, and we loved the walkover to get to the condos. There is chair and umbrella rentals right on the beach in front of the condo. RealJoy, who owns the condo, is very easy to work with; great communication through e-mail and text, easy to get an actual person to talk to if you have a problem, easy check-in and check-out. We loved our stay!!

Everything was exactly how it looked in the pictures!! The view was so beautiful. It was really a great location. Everything was literally walking distance ( right next door to each other ). The condo was great , checking in was a breeze!! The only thing I didn’t like was the elevators, they were located outside and when we visited it was fairly cool. And having to wait on the elevator … being that our condo was on the 24th floor. But all and all MY FAMILY AND I LOVED THE STAY with RealJoy!! Will be returning again soon.

Great place to stay to come and relax! Awesome Views! Breath Taking as soon as you walk in the DOOR! No free reservation for chairs and umbrella for this unit! But the some available for you in the unit that you can take down.
