Great location beautiful condo!

The views from this condo are breath taking! Every morning the girls would get up to see what we could see in the waters. We saw stingrays and dolphins. Also, a sea turtle. I think that was just as memorable as the stay for them. The condo was clean and very accommodating. I like to cook and and it could have used a few more pans and baking dishes. Also, some storage bowls maybe for leftovers. Outside of that amazing facility. Would stay there again. Actually my crew was ready to book another stay before we left!

Our only complaint would be the elevators! With the amount of people staying at the resort, the elevators just simply can’t keep up. If you are already checked in, forget about going somewhere between 3pm and 9pm unless you have the patience. Obviously there was not air conditioning while waiting. Other than that, we had zero complaints! Be beds were amazing in our unit, beside the bunk beds.

Excellent panoramic views of the beach. We also had a bonus of an air show that made you feel you could reach out and touch the planes! I had a great time and I would stay here again.

We spent 5 weeks at Tidewater in December/January and had a perfect experience! RealJoy was very responsive when needed for a few tiny issues (over Christmas week!) and everyone was very helpful. The unit was very well-appointed and we felt very much at home for our long stay.

Great location. Need to update cookware. Couldn’t find where to get ahold of someone to let them know they could clean the condo early because we had to leave a day early because my mother passed away. We told the front desk and they said to contact the property owner….. anywho , it was a great location, very roomy for 10 guests .

The elevator situation is terrible. It takes 30 minutes to get the family up to the room. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful beach and crystal clear water. Beautiful clean and big rooms. Beach chairs were expensive and they took them away at 4pm. Close to many restaurants and the pier. Close to the Winn Dixie grocery store. 4 hot tubs and 3 pools. Starbucks in hotel. Beach bar by the pool. Fast elevators. Not the best place to walk because the roads were tore up, but still doable. Hotel doesn’t allow pick up/drop offs by the front doors. They want you to do it by the garage. Family crowd. Perfect sunsets. Excellent communication with real joy host.

Unit had a great view and felt like home. Everything we expected. May suggest a few upgrades to keep the place fresh and new (replace carpet, refresh grout, caulk in bathrooms and updated TV’s in bedrooms) had everything necessary in kitchen minus lids for the pans. Dishwasher didn’t work when we arrived, maintenance was responsive and eventually replaced the last week of our stay. Would recommend to others. Thank you

There were 9 of us staying in the condo. It was a very comfortable space for all of us. There were only two issues we had. The first was the elevators, but that seems to be the issue with other reviews, not the condo owners fault. They are slow and very crowded. The second issue was the comforters on the beds. One bed was missing one, but property managers were quick to get one up to us. They are extremely thin, almost like a sheet, and not warm. Additional pillows, did not have cases. We didn't use the pullout couch, but did not see sheets and blankets for it. Overall we had an amazing stay and it worked out great, because we had other friends staying in the building as well. The balcony was absolutely incredible and the sunset views were awesome.

Our family had the best time at this property! The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed the location and easy access to the beach. The indoor pool was a plus! We had a ball!

We have stayed in this unit before. It's a nice unit, layout is good so that all can get rest if they want or stay awake if want to socialize. Only problem is the elevators are an enormous hassle during the peak tines, such as morning beach outings, checkin time (4pm), checkout time, and dinner time. If you can over that, the unit is great.

The place was awesome! Great location! The only issue we had was with the front desk. We were told we could check in when we got there at 11am but in reality we had to check in at 4pm. So that just a fiasco in itself. The elevators are slow and that seems to be the only issue with everyone we talked to. The only thing we had an issue with in this condo was the pillows were way to hard. Other than that, this condo was great! I would definitely stay here again!
