This nicely renovated 1 bedroom 1.5-bathroom condo features a king bedroom, hallway twin over a twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping up to 5 guests this condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or family vacation. Wake up with your morning coffee while sitting on the balcony with endless views of sugar-white sand and emerald waters. Unwind after an eventful day in the sun with new living room furniture and a flat-screen TV. Let the chef of the party whip up a delicious meal in the fully beautiful, equipped kitchen. A nearby dining table allows the group to eat together and plan the next adventures to happen. We have a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Spectacular on-site amenities, and prime location, will have you feeling like you have it all at The Summit 922.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. The Summit is located beachfront in Panama City Beach! Vacation rentals here have incredible Outdoor Amenities including: Two Large outdoor pools, Two children's pools, Two large outdoor hot tubs, One large indoor hot tub, His and Hers Sauna Steam Rooms, Lighted Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard Court, Beach Services, Water Sports Center, Bikini Bob's restaurant, Beach Volleyball and Poolside Tiki Bar. Indoor Amenities include a Convenience Store, Snack Bar, Fitness Center, coin-operated laundry, Free local calls, Charcoal BBQ Grills, Arcade, and Vending Machines.

Awesome place to stay for a small family! You have 2 toilets, 2 sink areas, 1 shower, no TUB. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for making pizza, breakfast, cookies, cut up fruit. The master bedroom has a very large comfy bed. The hallway has the bunk beds and then a full pull out couch. We had a great time at this location. The elevators were always crowded but they went very quickly. The tiki bar at the pool was very convenient! The only issue we had was checking in took longer than expected. We were told since we were arriving early at 1 pm that the room was ready, but then once we actually went to check in they said we had to wait till 4 pm. Other than that we had an amazing trip!

The host was wonderful... nothing negative to say there. The place was clean and comfortable. There were two detractors that aren't the host's fault but it's good for families to know: a strip club across the street and the master bedroom's main window opens to the public walkway. I never opened my blinds in the bedroom to protect my privacy. However, I also spent most of my time in the living room looking at the water... which was nice.

This was my second stay at the Summit. The apartment was very nice, just as the pictures showed. Loved having breakfast at the balcony with a spectacular ocean view. The tequila and the chicken wings at the pool grill were great! The host was very responsive and available for any questions. I would love to stay at the Summit again!

It looked just liked the pictures very nice and clean, furniture was a little stained. Real joy's customer service was phenomenal. The only thing I did not care for every time we went to get on elevator someone was smoking.

Great stay! Only negatives would be the elevators took forever and were so hot. The only other is that the pool closed at 8pm. Otherwise, we had such a peaceful stay. Beautiful place, very clean and accommodating with all of our needs!

Great location! Worth the money. Only two negatives I have that has nothing to do with Realjoy, but the summit location it’s self. Parking you have to pay for while one should be included with stay $27 as well as the pool and hot tube close at 7pm which is ridiculous.
