Super nice, convenient, quiet and great layout. Relaxed, family beaches - not crowded. Easy access to front beach/beach/pier park and restaurants. Will be marking this one on the list to reserve before any where else!

My family of 8 enjoyed our stay immensely. I would suggest renting the golf cart to ride the short distance to the beach. We used the grill for steaks and corn on the cob. The location was perfect for us. The back yard with the lush lawn was perfect for the children to play on while we sat on the porch on the lovely big couch. We would definitely rent this lovely home again.

Amazing, everything its advertised to be. So close to beach without all the traffic. It was the pwrfect spot for my family. I'm all ready trying to get it for next summer. The team at RealJoy were all very nice and helpful. Will definitely book with them again.

This house is perfect for families wanting to stay near PCB, but not right in the middle of it. The thoughtful design and layout makes the home very cozy; and the location in a quiet neighborhood so close to the beach cannot be beat!

Fantastic. They had everything we needed. Pots and pans, plenty of towels, a vacuum, dish soap. Was pretty clean. They didn't bother us and they were quick to respond to our issues. The walk to the beach was brief. Friendly neighborhood.

We loved how it was available last minute, and how spacious it was. They let us check in early, which was a plus. The house is beautiful, and the backyard is amazing. It also gives you access to the garage, and that’s another plus! Customer service was friendly and worked with us, very well. The only thing I didn’t like, was it needed a deep cleaning. The family before us, had popsicle papers, food, and all, in the couch. With us checking in early, maybe they didn’t get a chance to thoroughly clean. So heads up on that. Check the couch and underneath the rug, I found so much sand and all. I would also suggest a paint job on the walls. And new pillow cases, to replace the extra ones in the master bedroom closet. There were stains on them . Overall, it was pleasant.

Good vacation home. Only draw back is if you have a lot of beach stuff - umbrellas chairs coolers kids towels. The walk can be tiresome so have someone haul ya over drop ya . My advice otherwise a good rental

Everything was well taken care of. Panamá city is great! Not far at all from the beach! I wish there was info about the area like attractions. The area is really calm, I recommend renting a golf cart to go to the pier park. Overall really nice!

The house is close by the beach. If you plan on walking there I strongly recommend that you get an all terrain cart if you are taking items with you. If you plan on using your own vehicle to drive to the beach, parking is a bit further down. Other than that it is a beautiful place to stay.

The house was awsome! It was stocked well with plates, dishes and pots. Also, gave the basics to start with toilet paper, soap. It was awsome. We will definitely be booking this house again.

1st major trip taken after being out of pocket due to COVID. The property was nice and close to the beach, less than a 5 min walk.. Excellent location on the "quiet" side of PCB. Did receive mesaages during the stay from the rental company/owner checking in on our stay. Would definitely rent this property again.
