Everything was exactly as it was represented.. The house was spotless and just like the pictures.. The pool area was amazing.. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but no major roads to cross and the neighborhoods are clean and peaceful so not a big deal.. Will definitely be using the RealJoy properties in the future..5 star stay for sure

I cannot say enough about how pleased i was with Realjoy. This was our first experience with any type of BNB.
From the word go, i was in constant communication with customer support. They were able to answer any and all questions. Our rental unit was just as described and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly guests.
Unfortunatly our unit had a pipe burst on our second to last day.
But i had the chance to see how well organized the Real-Joy company was.
Within the hour, i had the property manager at our unit, he was very reassuring and professional.
Our customer support tech; Kandace Torres was in constant communication and very apolagetic.
Within minutes she sent four beautiful options suitable for our large family.
I informed her that we would be interested in extending our stay for another night. she worked it out for a free night.
Kandace; if you read this, i sincerly want to thank you. You and the staff were a true blessing. 5 stars

Our stay at Tahitian Paradise was excellent! The property was very spacious and comfortable for my family. We all raved about how comfortable the beds were! Upon arrival, the space was clean and welcoming. RealJoy sent regular check-in messages to ensure everything was in order, which it was. All of the information provided in the guest portal was thorough and informative. We had no issues and truly enjoyed our stay. Both the property and company will remain on my go to list! 😊

Everything went smoothly. The place was clean and smelled nice. The only thing that was hard was having a place for 10-12 people but only allowing parking for 2 vehicles. We were able to maneuver but do be aware of it. But the location was great. Everything was really close! Would stay again.

This was the perfect house for our party of 12 . There were plenty of beds , bathrooms and space to move around . The location was perfect if you want to be close to the beach and shops. Also , you are a block away from the community pool and let me tell you after a long day at the beach the hot tub and pool at the amenity center was exactly what my family would look forward to each day plus they close at 10pm🤩 it was perfect . Everyone was extremely happy and satisfied with our house selection. Beds were comfy and the kids were excited about the bunk beds. We never had any issues to raise .We will book again if we return to Destin. Thank you for making us feel right at home.

The house was nice. Prob about a 10 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever seen. Big heated community pool was heat for colder days. Under 5 min drive to supermarket, restaurants etc.

The home was beautiful, and the personnel that were working on the property were very nice and personable. The only downside that I saw with this unit was the water heater did not last long at all, which was a shame because the walk in showers looked amazing, and the refrigerator took almost 3 days to freeze and ice pack for my cooler. Other than that the unit was absolutely amazing and the property was beautiful and kid friendly. We would definitely recommend these rentals to family and friends and will certainly be back.

The house is very comfortable and can easily accommodate 9 guests. We had a wonderful vacation with our adult children and their spouses and our grandchild. Very short walk to the beach.

Enjoyed the condo, my only complaint is that I couldn’t rent a golf cart because they aren’t allowed in the neighborhood.

Nice gated community. Really nice pool. The trolley is really busy going to and from beach. The trolley that takes you too and from the beach would of been nice, waited a hour for Tim to show up and never did. The house is really great. Would stay again if the price wasn’t so much.

Nice place. Close to the awesome community pool. We were able to walk to the beach from here. The only thing we didn’t like was that we either couldn’t figure out how to lock the restrooms or they didn’t have locks on the doors. I would stay here again.

This property was fantastic! The only thing I would recommend is replacing the mattresses... pillow tops wear over time and cause undue aches as they wear and also investing in a larger hot water tank... 3 minutes of hot water is not enough to shower with!! Great location, prompt service and very clean place!!

Place was awesome and beautiful! Just a few down sides... the icemaker didn't produce ice, none of the bedrooms had locks on them, and the master with the jacuzzi tub would start up once or twice a day by itself. Loved location, pool was great.... the pool attendant will get on to you if your in the pool with any drinks.. 🙄.. lol but location was great!!

This property was amazing.. And our stay was great. We enjoyed every minute of it. It was hard to leave on the last day. It’s a really nice house located in a very nice neighborhood. We can’t wait to come back in summer 2021. I would suggest they check on the water pressure in the toilet upstairs though, it’s kind of low.
